Technically, Guardians is the longest coaster in Florida now at 1700 meters with Hagrids being 1540. It also makes it the longest indoor coaster by a significant margin
Great video! These sporcle quizzes are so much fun, whenever I’m bored, I just nerd out on them. I still can’t get over the fact that Kentucky’s tallest coaster is an SLC… another funny thing is that the second best coaster in Michigan is probably the best he SBF big air coaster at Craig’s Cruisers… keep up the great work!
ah yes i do love when you take these quizzes, i think it’s a really fun and creative kind of video idea. have you considered doing roller coaster geoguessr?
Actually according to RCDB Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at 5,574 feet is longer than Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure at 5,053 feet.
Got 104/111 (94%), with Gilbeau's Galaxi being the only regular coaster miss (though I did blank on Steel Curtain and only thought of it right at the end). Skiing definitely helped out with a few of those mountain coasters (namely CO, ID, and UT).
I absolutely love these quiz videos! I got 89/111, many of the ones I missed were coasters I didn't even know existed (like some of the alpine coasters, which there are 8 holding their state length record), and some I embarrassingly have ridden this year (Nitro, Steel Force). Colorado totally stumped me, how is a Boomerang their tallest? I also missed all of Oregon and New Hampshire (two very low key states for coasters, don't hear much about those). I wonder how many other people missed Gilbeau's Galaxy?
Hey Chris, I love your videos, especially your quiz ones because they are very interesting and informational and help me increase my coaster knowledge. I saw your most recent video about tallest, fastest, and longest coasters in each state and I thought that it would be cool if you did the same thing but with manufacturers, so I made a quiz about it on sporcle. Some of the answers would be very easy with the more popular manufacturers like Intamin and B&M, but many of the smaller manufacturers may be a bit tricky due to either being international, defunct, or just not well known. You don't have to make a video about, although as I said they are very interesting and informational for viewers. You can find the quiz by just looking up tallest fastest and longest coasters by manufacturers on sporce, thanks!
Always another quality video. I cant wait for Hershey next season and CP. id fail this test, have not been to many of those states with rides, Magic Mountain, CP, and many others Ive been to.
Isn't Cyclone actually spelled Psyclone? Could that be why you couldn't find it? Thanks for including Oregon. I'm relatively new to the state (having fled FLA), and when I searched theme parks, I didn't find much. I guess Oaks and Enchanted Forest are the two. Not that there's a whole lot of land available for a big theme park in this state. Great vid. Edit: After a few more searches, I finally realized I'm in ski country, and theme parks are typically found in warmer climates. 62 years in NYC and FL will give a person certain expectations. I've had to do some adjusting here in the PacNW. But I love it here.
@@AirtimeThrills I mean we are getting tumwater twister next year and mountain coasters are fun so there's that but at this point really I will take anything Batclone, raptor clone, small GCI We are basically in the same situation as you are with frontier city now that I think about it but at least Oklahoma has stuff nearby

@@R_M2603 European parks maybe interesting apart from some parks in England, I have only been to Tayto Park in Ireland, would seriously hope to go to Walibi Holland and/or Energylandia for Untamed and Zadra in 2023
I didn’t even consider mountain coasters so a few I was completely clueless on. Never been on one so when I talk coasters I don’t even think about them
I was surprised about Ice Mountain being the tallest in Oregon as well. The height stat isn't on rcdb but it is listed on other sites as 100 ft. I scored 102/111, missing the mountain coasters as well lol
Guardians of the galaxy: Cosmic rewind is the longest roller coaster in Florida. We both said that and it said we were wrong. Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure used to be the longest but isn't anymore.
I wish mountain coaster were not on here. Yes, I know they are coasters so they should technically count, but personally, I classify them differently and in a league of their own - and I think a lot of people would agree.
@@AirtimeThrills it’s honestly hard to remember that Kings Island is just a few hours south of CP in the same state. It’s honestly insane to think about having those two parks in such close proximity AND being part of the same chain? It’s a huge blessing and a main reason I miss the midwest.
And I'm immediately thinking "do they count alpine/mountain coasters???" The thing about counting mountain coasters is that while they're often the longest, they are arguably also the tallest, but that involves some weird semantic distinctions. Do you count the height of the mountain slope? If so, is that cheating? If not, then what about Boulder Dash?
@@AirtimeThrills The best argument for excluding mountain coasters from these exercises isn't that they aren't legit coasters (I think they are), but that they make some of these records difficult to rank coherently.

Longest is Incredicoaster. 4: Carolinas: Fury 325. 5: Virginia: Intimidator 305. 6: Florida: Tallest and fastest: Iron Gwazi. Longest: Haggards. 7: Indiana: The Voyage. 8: New York: Superman. 9: Texas: Titan; 9: Utah: Cannibal; 10: Georgia: Goliath; 11: Illinois: Height, drop and length: Raging Bull. Speed: Maxx Force. 12: PA: Steel Force. 13: Massachusetts: Superman at SFNE; 14: Michigan: Shivering Timbers; 15: Mamba which is not only NOT in Minnesota but it's NOT in Missouri either; it's in Kansas. While I'm ashamed of the majority of states that I missed: I'm proud I got 15 states right (unlessI got any of them wrong) considering the fact that at age of 52 I've only ridden 133 coasters, all but 18 of them starting in May 2018 which was as of yet my one and so far only trip to Cedar Point. I must be a privileged person to know this, and I don't take it for granted. Thanks for this wonderful quiz!

I’m guessing this quiz came out before it opened. Cause it still has Top Thrill Dragster on in despite that being technically defunct
