Always good to hear how God changed peoples life. Teen Challenge used to come by our church and let former addicts give their testimonies. Really miss them coming, it was such an inspiration. We do shrink as we age, so maybe you were 5' 3 at one time. I do not measure anymore, I was 6'0 40 years ago, why measure again. My wife is 5' 2 to 5'3 according to which day you ask her.
This is Scotty, congrats Dad on your 16yrs. Me and my wife have a homeless ministry called the Rest Stop. And we have been doing it for 10 years now. We also won a making difference award for what we were doing.
That's great Scotty! We truly believe that serving the homeless community is what we were always called to do as well. Our family has been richly blessed by the time spent with all of the amazing people we've met. ♥
So good! I am a shorty too. lol 5 ft 1/2 an inch.... Made me smile big on #5! Praise Abba! That is exciting! Patrick has several Thru hikers as customers. Many did the AT. We have walked a portion of it. But not much. We would love a through hike. Though we might a couple times but it didn't work out. Be sure to let us know if you're in our neck of the woods! Ready for the rest of the series!
