ASMR [F4F][Spicy] Snow Queen Attempts to Warm Her Betrothed

There was a time when the queen of the Winter Realm was said to be kind, when her domain was a cheerfully snowy landscape full of merriment and laughter… until the day when she bitterly declared war on the realm of spring, seemingly for no apparent reason. Her formerly gentle heart was said to have become encapsulated in ice, and the land of her realm became cold and barren - a reflection of its ruler’s chilly new countenance. What caused this sudden change? No one, not even those of her own realm, knew the answer to this question.
The princess of the Court of Summer, you find yourself escorted into the Winter Realm as the symbol of a new alliance struck between Summer and Winter. To protect the Summer kingdom, your father has arranged for you to be married to the “tyrant queen.” Before your carriage takes you off to your new life, your mother begs you to find out the truth behind the declaration of war and stall the upcoming battle. For the sake of her sister, your aunt, who serves on the Spring Court. You promise her you will try. And yet, as you spend the next week in the imposing castle without even a passing glimpse of the queen, your prospects seem bleak - what can you possibly do to thaw the heart of the queen of snow, most especially when she does not seem to want to grace you with her presence?
Just as you are beginning to ponder this question, you are summoned by your fiancée to her quarters. The first meeting is finally at hand.

Hello, my darlings, and happy holidays! I bring a full, free audio for all (the full version accessible on my Patreon) as a celebration of the holiday season ❤️ Managed to get this all finished the day before New Year’s Eve! WOOHOO!! So excited to finally get some relaxation in 🙏🏼
This audio was interesting to record solely because of how much inner turmoil the queen character is experiencing throughout the whole thing haha. She’s been having a hard time of it, and so her disposition towards the princess has a tendency to switch up rapidly. I took great inspiration for the queen from a variety of different characters, namely Elsa, Widowmaker, The Beast, the Phantom of the Opera, and Raiden Ei - really puts into perspective what a mess this woman is lol. Worldbuilding was loosely inspired by that of a story on an otome app called Lovestruck that has unfortunately long been closed (may it rest in peace…)
I do believe I will be making this a series! The story I’ve come up with is simply too good to not be continued. Make note of the advisor character that was mentioned… she has a relatively large role to play

GIRL!?! “I don’t take well to snooping” “My advisor tells me you’re expendable” “Don’t kiss me, just let me touch you” “I will not let you wilt” CAN YOU PLEASE BE A PERSON AND Make up your mind about me and you? I don’t know about you person reading this comment, but if I were dealing with this for long enough I’d eventually be like “I’m not gonna take this I’m going home.” And because of that, it leads me to this;
What if, after an emotionally loaded argument in which the princess unleashed all her frustrations with the queen, she requests to allowed a brief visit back to her homeland. “I still have a responsibility to that place and could use a break from the bitter cold.” She claims. Let’s say that, though reluctant, the winter queen agrees and the princess returns home. (For how long, I’m not sure. You decide.) Her hesitance is initially brought on by the thought of “what if she doesn’t come back?” But the fact that this thought crosses her mind gives her enough motivation to agree. Because it’s evident that she needs to reevaluate her attitude and feelings towards the princess before they can commit to this life that she’s set up for them. In truth, both could use some reevaluation. Plus, not having to worry about entertaining the wife gives her more room to focus on the war. Though she questions if the war was the problem all along. How would things be between them if the fighting never started? “I promised I wouldn’t let you wilt, but it seems I’ve left you to rot.”
Meanwhile the princess gets to breathe in the summer air again. Away from the ice covered ground and frosted over trees, she starts to feel like a person again rather than a castle decoration. She catches up with old friends and spends her time in her gardens among the blossoms and forces herself to think about anything other than the winter queen. And whenever people ask how things are going with her, her response is just “Fine, but that’s not what I’m here for.” Even though her frosty wife is still in the back of her mind, ultimately she’d rather stop and smell the roses than focus on that bitter ice queen who roped her into a war that she doesn’t even know the origin of. (Seriously dude, like, “they know what they did” doesn’t mean I do. I need answers!)
But then, princess gets a letter detailing an attack on the castle.
The queen is injured. Unconscious, but expected to recover.
As her consort, she is being called back to take on some of the duties which would fall to her comatose wife to take care of. She may not want to go, but she has a responsibility to the winter kingdom just as much the summer kingdom now. What truly scares her about this though is that she doesn’t know what she’s doing when comes to warring. So one night while her queen lay still in her bed, bandages wrapped around her head and waist, she sits by her side and vents. Talking about how she understands now how the queen could lose so much of herself to this cruel world of duty and battle. About how the back and forth may have been frustrating but seeing her not move or speak at all is terrifying. And about how she had hoped that even if they couldn’t fall in love, they could at least be friends. And in her vulnerable moment she makes a promise that she will never leave her side if it means helping each other regain their true selves again. A promise that once this war is over we will both relearn how to be people. How to be queens.
Could this eventually lead to true love? Possibly. Could we at the bare minimum be good partners? Sure. Will anything ever be stable enough for them to have a decent relationship? Who knows?
And I haven’t touched on the tragic backstory “you remind of somebody” bit. (I could, but this has gone on long enough.)

A truly in-depth theory - very pleased that the story thus far was able to elicit such a response! Queenie is definitely a mess and not at all suited for a relationship at the present time haha 🤧 there are two key factors missing here which will slowly be revealed over the course of this series, looking forward to maybe seeing your reaction in the future!

I personally have a fun yet tragic idea that also leads to the emotional separation between the princess and queen. Let's say the princess begins to fall in love with the queen but refuses to accept her own feelings as she believes the queen would never love her that way and it would be useless to fall for someone who in her eyes sees her as a replacement to the one she loned, someone loved but not the way she wishes. Feeling this while in the embrace of the ice queen as she says again somethinng along the lines of, "You remind me so much of her- How similar you are is intoxicating." Fed up with her unrequited love that she believes will never be she snaps at the queen! "Why...Why do you do this to me! You torture me so, I see you as someone I'd love! Someone I do love! Yet everytime we meet you talk about "her" is it truly me you're married to or a close version of someone you loved?" Teary eyed and enraged within her emotions and frustration with the queen she pushes herself away from the embrace of the winter queen. She begins to run away from the queen sobbing. Tired to secrets and filled with anger and anguish she flees to the west wing.
Once entering the worst wing she finds its a living quarter. It's dusty and looks unkept but its different from the rest or the castle. The entirety of the castle has given off a cold aura while this wing does not. Instead it's warm, another difference from the rest of the castle is that in the "cold" or "frozen" portion of the castle there is not ash or fire remains in the fireplaces as there has never been a use (except for the rooms the spring princess frequents). Exploring this west wing she stumbles upon a painting, it's of a younger winter queen and a girl about the same age who seems to be from the spring realm (she's guessing from appearances). The two seem close with a romantic bond between them that that she and could never have. Dispite trying so hard to melt the harsh exterior of the icequeen she always remained distant, loving yet cold. Realizing this is who she's been compared to this entire time she bursts into loud wails and sobs. Shes filled with pain as her heart goes on racing wishjng more than anything the ice queen looked at her like she looked at the spring woman. More than ever before she wishes to be the spring woman, loved by the queen equally as she loves her. "Why! Please I hate to admit it but i love you! Why must I be tortured just for loving? I- I wish I never had to marry you" she cries to herself, screaming in agony of her emotional pain she hides her face in her hands. "If I'm your flower, why do you deprive me of the sun" (she sees the ice queen as her sun, as the sun is dangerous and far yet warm and comforting) Hearing her cries the winter queen rushes to her, yet she's hesitant to enter the west wing.
"My flower are you okay?" The ice queen looks up to see that the spring princess has found the painting of her and her former love. Teary the princess looks up at the queen with an expression her her eyes that yearns the question "why". The queen begins to fall into her habits of dictatorship as she begins to disengenuoisly reprimand the princess. Looking in the eyes of the princess once more she feels guilt as she falls to the ground beside the fallen princess and holds her as she tells her about the spring maiden.
"You see in that painting is my lov- *she sighs and shakes her head* my- uhm.. former betrothed. I met her when I was visiting spring pre war for diplomatic affairs. I had taken residence at the the spring palace for a week where I met- her. She had been assigned as my personal handmaiden for the time being. We had fallen in love with each other...little did I know at the time she was one of the spring kings spies he'd sent undercover to find my weak spot. I believe he thought the winter relm had gained too much power. He seeked to have the power of the winter realm for himself."
As she talked she began to try to reach for the hand of the spring princess to console her. Where promptly the princess began to lean closer to the winter queen. The ice queen began to talk about after falling in love and getting married to the spy/handmaiden the king was enraged and accused the handmaiden of being selfish and going against her country. She had been executed for me alleged crimes where the king promptly began the war out of spite, anger, and hatred.
That's all I got for now and just my ideas on the story. I'm sorry bc my writing about the spring and whatevs get super complicated and jumbled (I got lazy in my writing) but yee
(P.S. sorry abt any grammar mistakes i speedtryed this all on a teeny tiny keyboard)
