Most counties have temporary use restrictions to prohibit camping on your own land in either an RV or a makeshift building. It's worth checking out before you invest in land that you expect to boondock on long term.
Yup, you CAN live in an RV while you build......after you get water and septic service working. It's not hard to put up a simple min sq footage house, living in an RV will make you go crazy
And check county assesor website for owner verification

Anyone who is able to live on a friend or relatives property in an RV is very fortunate.
What a great video! Thanks for sharing. This was so encouraging and I love the honesty. We’re about to do stationary rv living and we need all the advice we can get. Not sure how we’ll survive as a family of 7 without killing each other though. lol. Just subscribed. We also have a channel and would love to be friends and connect. Totally looking forward to watching more.
I am retired, I traveled for 8 months on the road with my truck and 5th wheel. Since then, I started looking for extended stay campgrounds. However, I have been looking at small land sales that have water and electric connections in Southern California. However, I have not fund any yet. I am living off of pension and SS benefits. Another option, I have also looked at volunteer campground jobs that provide a camp spot. Thanks for your video.
No where in California can you live in RV on your land without a house on it too. Only exception is if you have water and septic connected and are building a house. Some Arizona counties let u get away with it.

I work offshore 28 days on and 28 off been there a while in the Gulf and now out in California..I decided to get a r.v I'm actually shopping for a used one but nice one..I really want land but then I kinda don't need it cause I can pull my rv anywhere I wanna be to any RV park on my 28 off
