It represents pressure line to poppet side. The dotted line is on the opposite side of the spring symbol, which means they are working against each other. Oil working on the poppet will counteract the springs extentional forces and then contract it, allowing pressure to escape to tank.
I have a conundrum. My excavator functions fine when first starting to work but after about a half hour I lose speed and power. Its believed to be the Pilot relief valve but why and would the accumulator have anything to do with my issue.
