I'm so happy I made the best decisions by having a good investment, Recently I was able to acquire my third house even as a single mom at 42 and I believe if things keep going well I would retire early…
Congratulations dear. You're doing well for yourself, I'm 48 and my financial life is in a mess. Any great tips would go a long way in shaping my life. I want to buy my own house, that's a big flex
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear that you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Jihan Wu you're such a lifesaver
As a beginner in this, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Mr Jihan Wu is also my invest analyst, he has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my investment decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
Good one, but not everyone can consistently save 66% of salary every month non-stop for 10 to 15 years unless they have other sources of income or backed by rich parents. If you think about it, those people need not do this circus to retire early. They can just quit the job. Life is not constant. There can be unforeseen expenses (despite having all safety nets - health insurance, term insurance, etc) or change in lifestyle (kids, divorce, reduced income) etc. So, to people who are taking these words to the T, take it with a pinch of salt.
I’m worried about retirement planning and I want to ensure a comfortable future. I’ve worked hard my entire life and I want to enjoy the fruits of my labor without financial stress. I’m really concerned about whether I’ve saved enough and invested wisely.
In the race of retiring early, one should not sacrifice their youth. It's important to live the life and make memories... have experiences. The time horizon you've considered 30-40 yr is the time most of the people are married and have kids or plan to have kids... In today's scenario, kids'expenses are skyrocketing be it their education or health... People should also consider this fixed expenditure as well while planning their retirement. If you want to retire early, make sure to have your priorities set... Like how you want to live this journey of early retirement... If you want to save as much as possible then it would not be easy for a family. Hence increasing the primary source of income is the best way to get close to early retirement... But corporate people can understand how exhausting it can be as they are not able to give time for their family in exchange for high income. If you can't give time for your family, you can't watch your kids grow, your kids will definitely not feel connected to you. Thus, make sure to have priorities depending on the stage of life you are at. Money is important but family should come first
I understand that the whole purpose of the figure is to have a starting point.. People need to understand that if their incomes are lower then expenses are also lower and hence the 33% is also accordingly..
Hi Udayan, you're doing good job. liked you're video content. can you pls make the detailed video of nifty momentum/quality/value funds. these funds gives the more returns than nifty funds... thank you.
Very confusing video. Also, people who watch these videos would have already saved some amount and the option to enter existing investment value is not provided
There are many people, atleast in India, who are earning less than 60k per month. I respect your concern as well as the content but sometimes make content for them too. . . .

His guidance allowed me to restructure my retirement plan, resulting in an estimated $700,000 more by the time I retire.

I completely understand. Ensuring financial security in retirement is crucial. Have you considered consulting a financial advisor?
Yes I have. But I don’t know who exactly to trust to provide the right advices and guidance for me.
True. I have been in contact with a CFA that specializes in retirement planning. His expertise can help optimize your savings and investments.
Who’s this CFA? And how can I reach out to him?
JOSEPH NICK CAHILL
33x is from the age of 60 not any time, as the study assumes the max we can live upto 25 years post retirement.
Actually this sheet is not for everyone.....2L income per month is itself Belongs to top 5% in our country...😅
Change the income to what you want. That's the idea behind sharing the sheet so you can tweak the numbers.
Could have 2 more columns of current saving and their returns in long term. These sheets is useful for people who have zero savings.
