The intention of petitioning is that we, the undersigned, have been working as community support workers in Bargarh district for 7 years. The support staff of this group are working as MBJ CR, Bank Mitra Prashikmi Mitra Prani Mitra and have been providing services to the people by carrying out the group development activities in the rural areas We provide services to the people by coordinating the programs of 24 departments of Odisha government All guest support staff are women But the most worrying thing is that the salaries of all the support staff have not been paid since April 2024 till today
Apart from this every group of auxiliary workers have taken SFT loans from the government to carry out their work properly and have taken CIF loans and VRF loads to support their families But since we have not been paid for 5 months we are unable to repay any debt As a result we are being cheated by mental stress and anxiety We have a lot of hope and trust in the new government that has taken charge of Odisha We have hope and faith that the Hon'ble Chief Minister will solve our problems as he solves the problems of all classes of people
Therefore we request you to pay the salary of the support workers as soon as possible and motivate the women to become acid dependent If the government does not act on our judicial grievances then on September 5th we will be forced to hold a penmanship protest and if there is no solution by September 30th we will take to the streets for the protest Rudy
