Hi thanks for the video. I have a problem with my Ariston Velis Evo INOX 100 liter Model (year 2021). The circuit to which the boiler is connected shuts down as soon hot water is used. If I connect it to a different circuit this does not happen. I have read that the cause could be calcification of the heating element: if the heating element is calcified, it requires a lot more energy and shuts down the ciruit. Do you have experience with these problems? If clacification could be the case, could you place a video of how to clean the heating element? many many thanks
From the cold water supply comes a plastic pipe to the wall. In mine, the water is always running in this plastic pipe, it is normal? Or do I need to do someting to stop it?
Hello, if the problem is that after the house lighting has fallen due to a light overload, after that the monitor turns on but only slightly illuminates the temperature 70 and 80? However it is no longer working. what should I do? thanks
Thanks for the video. Mine one shows nothing for diagnostics. It's either turned off or on, no special lighting. And quite often it hangs showing all LEDs and eco mode on, and it does not react to buttons at all. Do you know what can be the reason?
Hey chief! Have you ever worked with an Ariston lydos hybrid? I’m wondering if it has a serial port to send commands to, or, whether or not the board is accessible to look at the headers inside to hack it. Any hints?
hello , what shoud i do if all the lights are on and i cant turn them off and the water heater is not giving any signs of working ? ( i did all the combination of buttons possible , even unplug it for 5 to 10 min )
Just press and keep pressed for 5 sec the ON/OFF button. You should have a different light indication pattern if there is something wrong with your boiler. Once you see the specific light pattern than you can troubleshoot furthermore.

Hello, interesting to see how the NTC-sensors are changed. But why did you replace them? Did the boiler throw an error-code? Mine is showing LED2 and LED5 at the moment. Should have something to do with the NTC-sensor on the inlet-tank. Do you know the resistance-measurements to check if the NTC-sensor is faulty?
@@800Javi008 I had error LED 2 and 5. Problem with temp. on inlet tank. There was too much build-up between the resistance and the temp. sensor tube. Replaced both heater elements and anodes. Works perfect again.

Exact same problem just after expiring warranty time...
