Trish first came to Inner Me when a friend persuaded her to take the Ciara "Ride" video work shop. With a background in Ballet, she fell in love with the atmosphere and challenged herself with taking hip hop, chair classes, and other work shops regularly. Almost a year later, she joins Inner Me as one of our Chair Class Instructors. Trish wants those taking her class to be challenged, have fun, and to help ladies find confidence in themselves through dance and music. When she's not dancing, Trish works in Risk Management and Operations in the Oil and Gas inspection industry.
