  • The City of Greenville city officials shame on you...
“Criminalizing homelessness is unconstitutional, racially discriminatory, and just bad policy" To further torture and be barbaric prejudice and discriminatory toward homeless is heartless and evil to the core.
The injustice of our homeless community by your unconstitutional barbaric - unloving ordinance 22-102. Violating so many of there fundamental right. The measure of a just society is how it treats its most vulnerable members. Greenville is failing - Leadership is not bullying and leadership is not aggression. Lets talk housing not handcuff and citations. Criminalization of homelessness must end and all persons experiencing homelessness should instead have access to housing, services, and opportunities that allow them to live with dignity. The City officials cannot criminalize and ban their way out of this crisis using an unconstitutional ordinance, and should be working to find proactive, safe, and just housing solutions for all its residents.
Particularly in politics the goal in everything is about a power struggle, often motives are murky, evil is hidden, and words like liberty are easily abused.
After the Peace of Paris Treaty ended the war in 1783, the Constitution in 1788 was finally ratified. The Founding Fathers decreed that the People were “endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights” to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness;” their nation was to be governed by American common law and a limited government with enumerated powers; yet we are still fighting against dictators who seeks power over following the Constitution. Yes, patriotism, courage, and loyalty are virtues of a free republic, whose sons and daughters swore an oath to protect her. Must rise up before we lose the republic.
We are working daily to fight this evil and injustice against the homeless. Is the city so head strong they are to spend millions of dollars of tax payers money for such a barbaric law that will in the end cost the city millions in legal fees and punitive damages?
