Thanks a lot! I always noticed that when I use new mods, like a spell mod, I basically find the 10% that suites my playstyle and ignore the rest. Deep dives are fun way for me to counter that and really give the mod author credit for how much work, utility and detail really goes into these amazing mods. Enjoy :)
I really like that dragon at midnight perk. I've played the better vampires mod for years and I configure it to do actual sun damage to me as a vamp during the day at stage 4 vampirism, aka blood starved. This perk is essentially just that mod but more deadly. I like that it's only when blood starved, and not just anytime in the day. It adds power with cost. You have to plan ahead, carrying blood potions or feeding on a follower in order to avoid the sun.
That is a fair point. Rather than becoming over powered, you have to account for the weaknesses you took in order to gain your greater power. Pretty immersive :)
I believe so. If you read the description for Daywalker, it specifies "non-lethal" sunlight no longer affects you. The Dragon at Midnight perk makes "regular" sunlight become "lethal" if you are blood starved. It's not too hard to avoid, especially at higher levels where you can sneak feed, or gain blood potions by feeding. I just don't mess with it because I know I'll forget and immolate myself after a big boss fight and leave the dungeon. Who thinks to save *after* you've slain the boss?
@@Sethiroth_Gaming Actually I do... I literally save every 60 seconds at least once. Especially after fighting a boss because you could die afterward and had to fight him all over again... but that is just how I do it.
Hello Sethiroth, one question. What do you think of the mod Become a Bard?? Btw, your videos are so informative and awesome, your videos are one in a kind
Thanks so much! They are getting a little better every time. I do like Become a Bard. You can play music for the applause of surrounding NPC's and even get a "free" room for the night (technically, they pay you for it, but it's only like, 10 gold). I haven't tried the Ordinator's Bard Perks in the Speech perk tree yet, but I'm looking forward to combining the two and seeing how it goes. I haven't hand any crashes from it, so you could probably insert it into your load order without too much trouble. Just don't remember to do a hard save first, just in case!
Oooooooh, this is amazing! I love it, even from an RP standpoint. You'll really FEEL like a Vampire Lord, flying far above those paltry, ignorant mortals scampering about beneath you. I can't wait to fit this into my next vampire load order. Thanks!
I've been playing a stealthy character recently, it genuinely sucks that the vampire lord form won't allow me to be that stealthy. Perhaps I don't need to become a lord, then.
Right? That can be frustrating. I do like that Sacrosanct's vampire lord perks also enhance your mortal form. At least your "mortal" thief gets some extra powers and stats to show for his vampire lord state.
You can add darkmaneuvers that lets you get some cool abilitys in vampire lord Form like teleporting in shadows invisibility harkons Boss mechanic shield that is impossible to penetrate and the best thing is its compatible with Sacrosanct!

So I have a question. I’m on Xbox but sacrosanct is on it and I’m thinking about getting it after watching a few of your videos. Oh and I’m subscribed now lol. But my question is when you rise through the ranks to become a vampire lord will it affect Harmon turning you in any way? Like will he say your already one of us. Or just turn you like normal or nothing at all cause of a bug
To my knowledge, gaining "vampire ranks" is tied to the vanilla vampire abilities. It is separate from becoming a Vampire Lord. That has to come from either Harkon or Serana, directly. So, even if you are a "Ancient Vampire" rank, when you approach Harkon, he'll still offer you the power of the vampire lord, just like if you contracting Vampirism before meeting Harkon in the vanilla game. Does that answer your question?
@@Sethiroth_Gaming ok Thankyou it does. I misunderstood. I thought you were saying one of the ranks you can get is vampire lord before his quest. But in order for you to get vampire lord you have to do his quest. Lol sorry I didn’t know ranks was vanilla. I’ve never really played as a vampire on vanilla because I didn’t like the progression system. So I thought ranks were because of the mod. Lol Thankyou for helping me understand that.
@@algrehkselvarh5323 I believe vanilla vampirism doesn't include ranks. Sacrosanct's "regular" vampirism does, however. So, you can gain 'ranks' as a vampire, before you get the vampire lord power in the Dawnguard questline. Does that make more sense?
@@Sethiroth_Gaming I understand. Thankyou. I’ve been playing around with sacrosanct and I’ve been having a ton of fun lol. And now I have the mod become high king so I’m going to be a vampire lord high king lol

Do you mean using alternate start to start the game as a member of Harkon's Court, or during the regular Dawnguard playthrough when Serana takes you there?
Ah HA! I figured it out. It's a Sacrosanct bug. You literally need to be bitten by Harkon or Serana in order to get vampire lord powers. Otherwise the game will consider you a "regular" vampire. Here's the link to the full explanation and a couple of possible "fixes". www.reddit.com/r/EnaiRim/comments/dsde76/no_spells_as_a_vampire_lord_in_sacrosanct/

If you want to quickly check your character's stats, regens, and resists, there is a mod called Status that is very useful when testing mods.
