One suggestion would be to have the brand integration section at the later part of the video so that the retention is not hurt.
2)Also try to have the most funny/engaging parts at the starting, whatever(photo,context) you show in your thumbnail should come in the first 30-120 sec of video so that the viewer is engaged.
3)Also keep the video length anywhere between 8-15 mins.
4)Go with the trend and be consistent.

1) Keeping brand integration in the 2nd half of the video and making it more engaging and funny(meaning making brand integration an element of the video content) as airrack, and Mr Beast do in some of their videos.
2) Keeping brand integration in the middle of the video and giving a time stamp to skip to. eg: Dhruv Rathee and Johnny harris.
3) Telling the brand name at starting and elaborating on it at the end. Eg: Mark Rober, Think School
E three lo mana ph no:1 cheyavacchu as he is already making the integration funny he can convince the brand that he will make sure that people will not skip the ad if it is kept in the second part of video.
Also a small message for ph:
