It's almost to realistic at times, almost makes me think Kristin had legitimate feelings for Tom, Maybe Tom for Kristin too, though less likely considering he was engaged and eventually married to another women in real life during the time of Smallville.
Yeah, and they should've kept the Lex friendship too. Him going evil was forced, and not that fun. They could've just alt-universed it... There are plenty of alternate timelines in the DC universe. (Also, they did this Clark dirty in the Arrowverse Crisis of Infinite Earths)
I didn't watch Smallville during its televised run on the CW over a decade ago. But I have since been enthralled by this series. I am an aficionado of the graphic novel chracters of Superman and Batman. The poetic license the original creators of Smallville took in creating the characters in contrast to the extensive lore of the Superman saga was reasonably balanced to make it relevant to a younger wider audience. But with respect, after considerable reflection, the original creators overlooked or criminally abbreviated the epic love story of Clark and Lana. The writers appear to have preferred to merely scratch the surface of an incredible love story with all the drama and depth of Romeo and Juliet, two legendary "star crossed" lovers. Consider Lana and Clark share a destiny shaped by the same event; the destruction of Krypton. Clark comes to Earth orphaned by the death of his parents in Krypton's explosion and the debris of Krypton's destruction kill's Lana's parents. Lana and Clark are adopted and are raised with care and love but live with isolation and loneliness arising from the same childhood trauma: the death of their parents. The probability of two related people being killed in a meteor shower is over one billion to one against. Lana was playing a fairy princess granting wishes in her adoptive Aunt's store just before meteors arrived with her "prince" Clark. And the last person Lana granted a wish for before the meteor shower began was Clark's adoptive mother, Martha Kent. While it isn't explicitly revealed, what Martha Kent wished for most was a child and the fairy princess Lana granted her wish. The entire first season of Smallville is filled with first Clark and then Lana inexorably drawn together by a shared tragedy and destiny; discovery of their tragic connection (Clark's secret) and overcoming the isolation and loneliness of the loss of their family by falling in love and becoming for each other the "family" they tragically lost.
It's sad that they got so few happy couple moments on screen... In Season 7 when they finally got together they made it seem as though Clark didn't even care that the love of his life was with him... Which considering how he desperately Clark tried to make Lana stay with him in season 6 episode 15 Promise and Season 6 Finale makes no sense. Only real Clana Happy couple scenes is in Season 5 first 2 episodes and that too is a grand total of 2 scenes. Lana-Jason and Lana-Lex got nearly as many on screen happy couple scenes in 1 season as Clark and Lana got in 8 seasons and that is just wrong.
Creo que estuvo bien el intercambio de la muerte de lana por Jonatan,ya que clark no iba a poder superar lo,sin embargo lo del papá es la.vida,a pesar de que dolió lo de Jonatan Kent
Such a sad ending to this video, any reason to choose to end it with Lana's death? Just curious, is it just because in the end they couldn't be together?
I made this video in a short film/clip style, and I intended this one to be sad and vibe with the grandiose sadness/tragic part of their story. It was intentional. Sometimes I like to have some fun and make these little clips twarping the story, like I once made one to make it seem like they had a Child (De Mi), or like they were rivals (Ugly Heart)
A nearly perfect video. If only it showed Lana only happy, for a change. None ever do, though. Of course she was only heartbroken once. But the death scene trumped that heartache. Good try, though.🥲
Tom and Kristin are soulmates who lived their love in fiction.
They got some of the most beautiful cinematography moments!!!!!! I’m certain the directors and producers loved them together on TV

@@hoppeanofasgard1365 same. you are not alone in those thoughts lol
SMALLVILLE was the best!! Full of warmth and emotion and power!! Clark's first love. Will always be Lana Lang!!
Everyone wanted them to end up together, nothing can replace that first love! Even though knowing the story of Superman ends with Lois Lane.

Scena memorabile l ultima
A melhor parte dessa série,foi esses dois,sem a Lana,perdeu a graça,eu parei de assistir.
I loved the show, and now my wish has come true as well. I do not need to wish anymore, Eileen and I are engaged
This superman version is totally heartbreaking....the girl who played lois lane isn't as pretty as sensational as Kristin Kreuk does
So true. 👍

Im team Lois, i can't watch this video 😢

Which episode is at 6:58?
Calling, season 2 ep 22, the picture that shows later is one of the final scenes in the episode Legion 8th season episode 11
Why would you end the video with such a horrible scene? Especially editing it to look like she died?
