✔️INGREDIENTS:
2 medium aubergines 500-600g
Flour 100g
Salt and pepper
Water to wash the aubergines
2 eggs
Parsley
Sweet paprika
Garlic powder
Tomato puree 100g
Grated mozzarella 100g
Dried oregano
Olive oil
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes then return to the oven for approximately another 15 minutes.
