Mmmmmmmm ...thinking about this on a Boston Butt in a crockpot.. 🤤 That does look delicious & a great balance of not too thick, not too thin. Seems much simpler & healthier than store bought. Thank you for sharing!! ♥️🙏
I had a lot of tiny peaches on one branch of my peach tree, so i warmed them in a roaster, pulled the pits and put them through a victorian strainer. I put 3/4 cup of the peach "sauce" for each peach. I blended the onion and garlic in the blender with a little sauce and then added the rest. It came out a perfect sweet taste, and was very thick. I did add a little white vinegar to add a bit if tart. But, this is a good recipe and a good way to use up those tiny peaches
I canned your Peach BBQ sauce last night and let me say it was delicious. My son had to steal some straight from the pot for his sandwich. I may have to go get more peaches and do another batch. Thank you so much. I'm new to your channel and I'm really enjoying the canning recipes and gardening tips.
I just peel them with a sharp knife, it will just slide easily under the skin of a ripe peach. I do not choose to blanch them because I find that because it starts to cook them a little that it affects the flavor and texture.
That looks amazing thx for sharing enjoyed it Be safe God Bless
Thank you so much.

I'm going to be doing that really soon. I have to admit this stuff is amazing.

Definitely going to do this when my peaches come in
Do you grow peaches?
Yes we have about 4 trees
This looks delicious! I'll definitely give it a try this week. Do you know how long it generally lasts after being canned?

Thank you so much. I totally understand why your son would feel the need to steal some from the pot.....I'm addicted to this bbq sauce
AHHAHAHHAHAHAHAAAAHA Jason, you sounded JUST LIKE Don Knotts!
Gotta stay loaded with a good Andy Griffith quote
Do you take off the skins of the peaches
Yes, I take off the skins. It helps it to puree much smoother.
Looks delish! Did you say you peel or blanch the peaches to get the skins off the peaches?
Thank you so much. I just peeled them with a sharp knife.
how do you peel your peaches

Made a double batch and it turned out nothing like bbq sauce. I followed the recipe exactly and ended up dumping it.
We make this every year and have no issues so......🤷♀️
