I have this titan hex bar and I love it. I’m 6’2” 240lb and it fits me just fine. I prefer the handle distance being closer than more traditional wider trap bars especially when doing deficit deads. Don’t know too many people doing wide stance trap bar deadlifts.
Happy it’s working out for you. I wouldn’t say we are using a wide stance, but slightly wider than shoulder width is typically a tight fit. Our female athletes at the gym have no problem with it.
It is a trap bar. The main emphasis should be for shrugs not deadlifts. And handles close to together is much better for shrugs than having your arms at a super wide grip.
Great video! I was waffling on this purchase. I really love the sleeves. I am only 5'11" but wide and was afraid this would be too tight....if only the Rogue was not $535 shipped...I guess I will keep looking.
Thanks for this. Seen it on a discount for scratch and dent on titan. Heard they were a little narrow but nice to see in a video. Definitely too tight between the handles for me. Saved me the disappointment.

Super tight fit
I like to use a close feet touching each other stance and I can’t fit anymore plates on my cap trap bar so this is a buy for me.
That’s the same for me. I have lots of thick bumper plates and look for a bar with long sleeves.
