Just not as good as the Marine Corps band. Lines not straight going around the corner. And what's with the uniforms? Are they all CPO's? If not, then why not the "cracker jacks" uniform? I'm retired Navy.
The premier bands have performance uniforms different than the "normal" dress uniform, while their every day uniform is like the rest of the service. "The President's Own" US Marine Band wears red coats. "Pershing's Own" US Army Band wears "upside-down" chevrons.
While in the Navy I was in one parade, boot graduation.

@@mchume65 Since this is THE Navy band from Washington DC, They're all at least E-6. Whatever that is in the Navy.
I'm afraid you are correct. Still, if it weren't for the Marine Band, the Navy had the best band in the parade.
A E6 is a Petty Officer 1st Class. I know all of them are not E6
