Quick correction, the 1911 Seagal holds doesn't hold anywhere close to 15 rounds. They're single stack magazines and only hold 7. Now the 1911 does fire 45 ACP rounds, so that part is true.

After being made aware by so many Seagal movies thanks to you guys (Thank you, I hate it), I've come to the realization that the script is just guidelines for Seagal. He thinks he is so good, he just glances at the script to try and understand the situation his character is and goes all "A'aight, Sifu got this" and just adlibs his entire existence, and because he produces these gems, the director goes all "Alright everyone, let's just film around Sifu, we'll try to fix this in post". He is known for thinking so highly of himself he fires/dismisses trainers (In Machete, he had a guy to make him sound and act more Mexican like, he ended up firing him because he feared he "Was getting too good at being a Mexican" and we ended up with the gem we got)
1:00 - The waddle was very powerful there! 7:59 - I don't think 15 .45 rounds can fit in a single magazine, but ok. 11:09 - So they were trying to get her and she was resisting to keep them away, but here she let the guy get to her instead of running away while they're distracted and the guy just gently push her aside like she's his sister. All of this because Seagal came in... I'm confused. 11:47 - I didn't know you can do tae kwon do with pulverized kneecaps. 15:39 - They spent a lot in VFX though...

I actually watched this movie. It's actually a really good B action movie. I was pretty shocked. I've seen 20 terrible Seagal movies but this one stood out as actually being decent. Ving Rhames and Trejo elevated it.
Danny Trejo has certainly evolved since his first gig with Sensei Segal. In "Marked for Death" he was a guy who was put into Sensei's trunk for a ride. Now he has a name and a face on the poster.

Also, A Good Man WAS originally intended to be a sequel to this, but Seagal made changes to avoid the two films being related... even though the characters in both films are still called Alexander.

Exit Wounds was the last movie where Sifu was cool. You should give it a try. Of course, by cool I mean "not sweaty". It has entertaining bits (none by Fatso, though) and the first and only time I've seen Lardass do a hand-plant... well kinda, -ish.
