Secret word of the day: Duffy's Dessert Diner Adventure; This has to be my favorite of your World Tour videos I've seen so far. This adventure activity with Duffy & his pals sounds very unique and I'm thinking of getting my own Duffy plush. Hearing your words of affirmation and learning something about Disney everyday brings me so much warmth. Miles is sure getting big and his vocabulary has been improving so well.
My nightmare came true today. My cat, my best friend passed away suddenly today. So unexpected and sudden, he was only 3 years old. Glad your videos provide a distraction.

So many cute desserts, the tree stump looked the cutest. At least they were all tiny desserts, like if you were to ball it all up, you didn't really eat that much ;) hehehe. LOL when Amanda said 'no I need to go to the hospital'

My wife and I just recently went to Lisbon on vacation, so when we saw the pasteis (egg tarts) on your tray we just silently high-fived each other. In the four days we were in Portugal I think we probably had 18 or 20 of the things. Each.
You can get them at Trader Joe's (frozen); obviously not as good, but they scratch the itch, as it were.

Portuguese tart is one of my favorite snacks ever. Never seen a topping on it, very interesting. All the treats are so cute! I wouldn’t have survived past the tart… good work everyone!

Just a heads up Chris. There is a report that hundreds of flights to Italy have been canceled because of a strike. I am thinking it might affect other flights like perhaps flights to or from Paris. So just keep an eye on it. Hoping all will be ok.

The chocolate crispy is made the same way as it is in the UK and it just melted chocolate butter and golden syrup (a bit like corn syrup)
It’s a mix together, and then, as it hardens holds its shape
It’s the first desert you learn to make at school in the UK when you’re about 4/5 years old
Normally the first item to celebrate UK bake sales
The tart is a Hong Kong egg tart rich is a cross between a Portuguese egg tarts and an English egg custard tart
Set the mixture is an a lot thicker than a crème brûlée
When it goes in the case to bake, it can almost hold its own shape
The feeling is full fat milk, eggs, sugar and cornstarch with a tiny bit of vanilla, but not very much at all, as it’s a sugar egg flavour, which is meant to be the predominant
Hong Kong egg tarts are world famous in a couple of shops that sell them people wait in line to 3 hours to buy them

The girl that you showed was dressed up as a type of "Lolita." It is a type of style over there as well that goes with Anime style. It's awesome! My daughter has embraced the Lolita fashion and trust me, it's a thing! 🥰

Ooh Portugese tarts are pretty good. It's mostly eggs and sugar :p They became well known here when our health minister (of Portugese origin) mentionned he was going to perfect his tarts during the COVID lockdown. This tea looks like a lot of fun! Weird that Gelatoni wasn't represented by gelato :p

this looks like so much fun!! it reminds me of when i was a kid and my family went to the american girl store to have lunch with my dolls. something they had there were little doll-sized seats that could clip onto the edge of your table, and i think that would be so fun to have for this event, too!
