Any insight with a Nikon Zf and 40/2 or the 24-70? Think it would fit based on what you tried here, but the Zf is oddly tall due to viewfinder/prism bump and I have had trouble finding a good fitting small bag like this for it.
How much space is there next to the cube? I carry an X-pro1 and a Minolta Hi-Matic E if I’m out shooting. Is there Velcro material on the inside? We could make our own layout with dividers then.
Good chance that minolta will fit in there, but that hasn't been tested and I don't have easy access to one at this time. That said. I have a few other load out videos here on IG that may give you an idea of things. I'd say a WR XF lens will definitely fit in the side if that's helpful!
the black sidekick pro comes with a Tan cube as well, the interior of the Black bag is Tan like the cube and matches. The Tan was chosen since it's brighter than black making it easier to see inside.
Was surprised to hear the X-H2 was the biggest camera you'd put in this bag; but, knowing that, I can quickly see when this bag would be the ideal one to carry. Was curious: is there any long term maintenance that needs to be done to the wax canvas bag to maintain its weather proofing?
Yeah! To clarify, the X-H2 is the largest camera I have on hand to put in the bag. So it was sort of my 'biggest' camera option with the zoom lens attached etc.. The SL camera is beefier for sure but we were using the prime lenses attached. Benj Haisch shows off his A9III in it with lens attached and it works as another larger fit option!
Bags look awesome, just wondering, is the black version animal friendly or are there any labels, any string made out of leather attached to it or the cube for that matter? Thank you and good look for the kickstarter.
Sooooooo, why doesn't a phone go all the way down inside the back? This would be a non starter for me since I use a bag for travel and wouldn't want anything sticking out, my Tumi backpack has the same phone pocket but deeper and it's great. I so wanted to like the Clever Supply sling bag but not having a quick access pocket on the back like many other bag companies I think was a missed opportunity on such a nice bag.
@@CleverSupplyCo yeah I’m looking for a solution for weddings. I shoot my SL2-S with an M10 or M240 so I cycle between the SL 24-70 and my 50 DR and 90 Elmarit, with a few other M lenses
Got it! Yeah, I think you'd be able to make something work, probably could fit 2 m lenses in the interior pockets then the zoom lens in the main compartment
We love waxed Canvas, and have used it on our bags up until now, but found with Black that it captured lint and dust a lot. With the 400D Cordura this isn't an issue, it's beatiful and rugged, with PU lined backing for weather resistance, but dust and lint wipes right off!
Almost a win until he stuck in the phone in and it didn't go all the way down inside, I have that on my Tumi gear and it's nice but not very useful if the phone sticks out.
@@CleverSupplyCo I think the reason Billingham bags are so popular in part is because of the exterior quick access pockets. It's nice not to have everything crammed in with your expensive camera gear. I also use my bags for travel (almost 80 countries to date) so it's nice to have a small outside back pocket I can use for my passport, cash, and other items without having to open the main compartment where my Leica gear sits, so a secure back flat pocket is a must-have for these items and seems like it would be an easy addition. Same is true of your 6L sling which I bought, loved, but returned because that back pocket is crucial I soon realized, especially for a sling which often sits on your back where pickpockets have easy access to it. If your second version 6L sling has a back zippered pocket I'd certainly consider retiring my Hadley Pro small and getting your sling bag for future travel because it's a very nice sling.
YES a new Clever Supply bag! I have been waiting for this for a while!
You putting the X-H2 with the 10-24 sold me. i was sitting there measuring my camera til i found this. Backed!
Can we please see how the cube functions? Can you change the height of that black side? If so, how does it work and stay in place?
Agreed. Just received the bag and can’t figure out how it folds to fit my X100VI as shown in video

Will definitely compliment my clever supply co camera sling bag! ordered!
awesome!

@ I’ll check on the other videos. Thanks for the quick reply and keep up the good work!
The black cordura version:
what colour camcube does it come with?

@@CleverSupplyCo OK, thank you!
Question: the shoulder strap can be removed?
I'm in! I have the tan sling - but thinking black for this one.
Kickstarter order is already out..... can´t wait.
Is this water resistant?
What is the shirt you’re wearing? I like it.
it's the rogue territory supply jacket!
How about an X100VI with a WCL or TCL attached? Looks like it will fit
It hasn't been tested but feel pretty confident it'll fit without issue. May even fit with the Camera Cube included!
@@CleverSupplyCo Sweet! Thanks for the reply! Can't wait to get my hands on it!
Wondering if the black one would be lighter? by how much?
Hey! When you say lighter, do you mean in weight?
@@CleverSupplyCo Yes! I have already backed the kickstarter, still haven’t decided on the color.

the strap does have a suede patch attached to it on both versions.
So there’s no interior pockets or compartments?
Hi! Yes there are 3 interior pockets within the main compartment
@ Cool, thanks!
ID on that shirt/jacket?
Rogue Territory Supply Jacket! :)
This looks so good! Do you ship to Portugal
Yes! We ship worldwide!

Hmmmm would you say a 24-70 would fit with 2-3 M lenses?
just strictly lenses?
