I recently got Photoshop elements for the sole purpose of creating vibrant and unique TH-cam thumbnails. I was unaware before I got it that there was a significant difference with elements and normal photoshop. Are feats such as the glowing eyes still attainable in photoshop elements or is the software that limited in comparison to counterpart Photoshop. I am not adept at photshop and most likely would never utilize all the features but am willing to try, so could you let me know if My creation of impressive thumbnails would be hindered because I have elements.

Before you work on the other eye click the very first dot of the you just finished, it will complete the eye shape and let you work on the second one without linking to the first one.
