What a beast this car is!
I have owned 18 Mercedes Benzes in my life this is MB at its absolute best. I wish they make cars like this again.
I have the same model. It is 18 years old now and still going strong. Comfortable, quiet and powerful - really a nice car except for the relatively high fuel consumption. During the bi-annual safety inspection the guy always tells me that it looks and drives like a new car.
My 2008 isn’t quiet 😢. Needs a new left side motor mount

I have the W211 E280 only 3ltr But has more go than the 350, somewhat more sporty.😊 will still pull 250
Did u know there is not one TH-camr out there who has managed to get the w211 speedometer all the way to the end, I’m proud to mention that TopSpeedDE is the closet one so far ❤

I also own a W211 E350 AvantGarde (though with few km). However, on Australian highways the most my black beast has seen is a bare 135 km/ hour--even this is highly illegal. None-the-less, just like the W124 E300 I owned before it, these vehicles are awesome, whether on the open road or in the urban commute. These MBs are the very antithesis of the many horrible, uncomfortably riding Corollas, Camrys and similar 'things' that troll our roads... PS: wish you'd shown the temperature gauge during this video, rather than the clock.
Mercedes cars are the best because of how reliable, fast, comfortable they are. I have e320 2004 model and here there's no law in my country i drive to 175kmh sometimes but usually 130kmh with ease.

Round about 200k km on the dash now, so far no problems with the transmission.
I have the W212, one generation newer but same engine...it pulls like a Freight Train on the freeway. I'm surprised out of its 3.5L powerhouse!
no, your w212 has not the same engine. Your Engine has Direct Injection
@@kombiv6 I should have been more specific, mine is port injection not direct 2011. 2012 came with direct injection. Although it's slightly less HP than direct, 276 vs I actually like that it's port because it self cleans the valves and they're slightly quieter too from what I read. Ideally it would be best to have both.
@@chazmuska no I think the w212 have the direct injection engine with 292hp here in Germany. My w211 has 272hp. Maybe in US you have other engine power because of your petrol standards 🤔
And yes the e350 is one of the best v6, high rpm powerhouse with massive torque. My wife absolutely love this car
I was in fear to go up to 3000 rpm, but can see the car can handle it easily. It relieves me. I was thinking if I could break it

17 Liter für einen Sechszylinder. Der säuft wie ein Großer bei deutlich weniger Leistung, besonders bei 120-220 zieht der E500 deutlich besser.
endlich mal ein pov video über einen 350er als mopf ich glaube es gibt noch einen anderen kanal der den wagen hatte, ansonsten sehr rar die videos. gehört der wagen dir persönlich?

I have w211 350 2009 gasolin no 4matik and when i speed the max is 200km why happen anyone knows is a limit or something else
the car is electronic limited to 200/190 kph

depends on the person, the car has 272 hp as a young driver you should be able to handle it. And it has high fuel consumption
I would say no. Too much power for a new driver, big car, and maintenance is not cheap unless you can do it yourself. Get a Corolla or something similar as a first car.

Yes, but the car was warmed up in idle for 5-10 min and then drove on the country road for 10km. And then full throttle on the autobahn

Yes, it is. Its more about comfort then sound, but if you accelerate you can hear the 6 cyl sound a bit :)
