Sizing: The adhesive coating on the surface of warp yarn for to strength the weaving warp yarns.
Process of Textile Sizing:
Warper Beam Zone:
The warper beams are mounted and their yarns are unwind from beams and move it toward the sizing zone.
Sizing Zone:
It contain the size box which have solution (mixture of agents). And the warp yarn is go through into the size box.
drying process:
The warp yarn sheets go through from the hot rollers which dry them and move the warp yarn toward leasing zone.
Leasing Zone:
The leasing is a device which separate the yarns from each other which is combined by size solution.
Ingredients:
We made the mixture from different agents which is called size solution.
Starch: Corn or rice swell in water for specific time which produce the adhesive layer on the surface of water called starch. its biodegradable and mainly used for natural material of fibers or yarns.
Softeners:
the agents which is soften the yarns after applied starch. so this is very important to put the softeners in size solution.
Binder:
The binder is basically help the starch to fix with yarns.

There is squeezing after solution box and drying . It controls size application on yarn and then it goes to drying cylinders.
