Thank you again! 🙏✨💫💞 I am going to carry on clearing every day as I know I've been carrying stuff that has been getting in my way but not sure what to do about it. Beyond my own techniques I already use from kinesiology and acupuncture. I know see more clearly how other people's stuff can get stuck in my energy field and how MY stuff can be affecting those around me, whether physically present or not. This is HUGE. I am a healer & one of the most important things that I did in the beginning of the work that I do was to learn many different ways of clearing my own energy field . I in turn have always taught others how important this is . I have worked with same very difficult situations with some clients & their problems . When I am clearing some very heavy duty issues with a client I will get into the seawater summer or winter .So apart from doing clearing prayers I have a big bottle of sea water in my healing room . I use it after each client .By the way I have a nine foot blue being that works with me sometimes. How lucky we are to have such wonderful galactic help. Much Love to all.

This was profoundly resonant. I have been on this journey for a while just not letting on about the psychic reality that's not easy to share. It really does become a responsibility. It forces you to look at yourself and others and how to be within that. Funnily enough we forget at times and try to be normal or pretend just to fit in better. But thank you. In this it reminded me of many things I forgot about. I even had my computer screen glitch when you were talking about the greys. And I had a very similar experience in highschool as in someone confided in me they were abducted. I thought well why would someone lie about that. So I just listened and was later thanked for not treating them like such an outcast. And I realized just now in listening to her she was able to be whole again. Be truthful. And not hold back or fear her experience. Since then I've had many experiences too that I didn't really think or have an aversion to it but I was open to help people ground there experience here in their soul body. *laughing* of course that lead to oh undeniable experiences of lets say other dimensionals reach out. And still its so fascinating remembering and forgetting. I can say in listening to you I've felt a kindred sense of joy. I've also always felt akin to this blue energy. Or the blue suns. One thing I did and I dont' know why is whenever I had to much trouble here Id connect to core sun our sun and a little help from the suns and blue stars of perhaps the orion constellations. I started to first realize this in 2004. I laugh oh time flies. But truly we are in a beautiful era. It's all connected in it's spirally goodness.

My daughter who was so so so close to me growing up as a child ..people would remark that we were joined at the hip and she was the little mama has had some life experiences that changed her and I have a lot of difficulty excepting this hardened version of her, to point where I almost can’t stand to be around her and it’s breaking my heart and I think its also contributing to an illness that has manifested in me. I am looking forward to doing your meditations to try to get the energy moving..

O.M.G Nancy!!! You answered a question/feeling I have had for 20 years. I adopted my daughter and she didn’t sleep well til she was 9. She would have some form of night terror 4-6 times per night. I knew it was something to do with her birth mom. Found out that she was last with her birth mom as a tiny infant and taken from her presence as her birth mom screamed in grief about a relation’s death. The day she heard that story was the first night daughter slept through. I had “known” it wasn’t a night terror and had a feeling it had to do with birth mom. But now I understand it. Thank you!!!

About a month ago I suddenly started dreading Mondays but never knew why. I then sensed it had to do with her but it wasn’t her, it was the energy attached to her. So there I was, wondering how to cleanse her - It wouldn’t be appropriate to stand by the entrance and smudge her as she walked in 🤭Thankfully, The universe sent me someone who uses a copper profile to cleanse the energy- and it does!!! Thanks for the updates and insights which offer courage and hope to move forwards and upwards ❤❤❤

Wow Nancy this makes so much sense to me! I am a nurse as well and have been for the past 30 years. My youngest child went through a really rough patch when he was younger with anger. He only went to therapy for a short time and it really seemed to help and recently I have been wondering how he was able to do so well with such a short time meeting with this therapist (2 months) but today when you were talking about the parent who worked with abuse this hits home. I worked in a really toxic environment at the time and now I truly believe he was picking up on and experiencing my energy field I was bringing home. I changed jobs during that time as well which could have been why he got better so quickly. Thank you!! ❤
Thank you for this meditation. Before I started I was experiencing stomach distress all morning. I just finished the meditation and I feel so much better. I’m trying to understand if my stomach was in distress because of embedded lies or is it just a wonderful byproduct of the meditating state in general? Doesn’t really matter I guess. I had an experience recently, with a friend. I don't see like you do, but I feel energies. And I felt absolutely certain that my friend was feeling one way, and she declared outright, and angrily, that she was not. I was shocked and it confused me so much, bc I don't think she was lying to me. I think she believed what she was saying.....but it was opposite to what I was feeling. It was really weird. My guides told me to just let it be, so I did. I saw your aura when you were talking to Pam. I couldn't see Pam's bc she has a light behind her. Thank you Nancy.
I've known several people (I know, what are the odds??) who had Dissociative Identity Disorder (what used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder). They would not uncommonly be giving off two completely different yet strong vibes at the same time (sometimes more than that) but be totally unaware of it. They'd get angry if I brought it up, denying what to me was a very visceral experience they surely must have been aware of. They were not. They could be radiating livid rage at me at the same time their host personality (the one who was up on the surface) was being friendly, chipper, and chatty, because the nature of the disorder is dissociating. Dissociating, separating parts of themselves off - or certain emotions, or certain abilities - was a survival tool for them as children in horrific circumstances. People tend to use their childhood survival adaptations right up through adulthood without even being very conscious of it, if at all. These folks had their entire lives coped by completely compartmentalizing their feelings and thoughts into different "consciousness boxes" and were unaware of it even as adults. I read that most severely dissociative folks (DID is on the far end of the dissociative spectrum) have at least one and often several aspects/personalities who aren't even aware they have split consciousness. They think they are the only consciousness in the body. It's the oddest experience, isn't it? I made the mistake of trying to gently make them aware of the situation, so they could heal themselves - only to meet fierce resistance. They didn't want to know. Childhood had made them severely defensive. I've also since read that pretty much everyone has some aspect of subpersonality, whether you call it the inner child or whatever, so dissociative disorders have become an area of interest to me.

I have had alien visits.. and see alien ships.. all in the past few years.. I was told in a dream that I was Pleadian .. I had to look it up I was not at all thinking much about aliens.. I’m not real surprised though.. I have had a profound awakening and have left a lifetime of strict religion as I have learned otherwise.. now I see aliens.. Totally believe we pick up other peoples stuff and carry it with us. At the beginning of this year, my husband received a cancer diagnosis. We were sent to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston,Texas for further dialogistic tests and treatment. I wasn’t surprised to come home overwhelmed from the big city bustle and the emotional intensity of our situation. I was surprised that I was physically sick for days as if I was getting cancer treatment! Every time we would go into the facilities there I felt like I had entered some holy spiritual battle zone, with the ill, their caregivers, the medical staff and all their guides and guardians. Thank goodness soon after I came upon your work, via Pam Gregory. It has made all the difference. Wish I had known how to clear clear my energy field decades ago, but so grateful for it now!
I was wondering this too and I've been on a cancer journey myself and looking deep into my soul as to the meaning is more than me and that it's uniting friends and family whereas otherwise perhaps always the healthy one now needs to open receive and give. Through this 3 year now journey I've released a lot and still the challenge of loss perhaps is that on either side of the puzzle we learn to see each other. I look as it now as to be a bridge of hope whenever I talk to people fellow patients in the hospital. Careful to discern that we don't stir each others pot but realize we are human beings going through a challenge and not to identify with the disease but the intention of coming through if we do the wiser. Keeping the soul joy and laughter in tact. I'm actually going to an appointment bright early tomorrow to hear if Im in remission status or not. Either way I shall use the breathes I have here wisely. I learn so much about our energy fields from you; your stories bring life to what you teach us. I was wondering about something I keep experiencing in a small local coop I belong to, because whenever I go there I feel people's negative and/or out-of-control energies. Yesterday, I was feeling the chaotic energies around me most of the day (where I live, not in this store) and then quietly went to this coop to shop. I kept to myself because I realized I was "off." And, yesterday the negative energies there were exceptionally difficult to experience. I continue to deepen and evolve, so I know what I am doing is right and even sacred. My question to you is this: could my "off" energy be making it worse, even though I remained quiet and tried to be friendly? I want to understand better if, when feeling this off, am I still broadcasting negatively to other? It's important to me to be responsible what I bring to this world and not assign blame or judge others. But, it is also important that I understand what is my Energy and what belongs elsewhere. Wow Nancy this makes so much sense to me! I am a nurse as well and have been for the past 30 years. My youngest child went through a really rough patch when he was younger with anger. He only went to therapy for a short time and it really seemed to help and recently I have been wondering how he was able to do so well with such a short time meeting with this therapist (2 months) but today when you were talking about the parent who worked with abuse this hits home. I worked in a really toxic environment at the time and now I truly believe he was picking up on and experiencing my energy field I was bringing home. I changed jobs during that time as well which could have been why he got better so quickly. Thank you!! ❤

Thank you for this meditation. Before I started I was experiencing stomach distress all morning. I just finished the meditation and I feel so much better. I’m trying to understand if my stomach was in distress because of embedded lies or is it just a wonderful byproduct of the meditating state in general? Doesn’t really matter I guess. I love your meditations. They are very visual for me and I love that you’re not too woo woo for me. lol. I go places in your meditations. So thanks again. I saw your video with Pam Gregory. There’s been synchronicities the past two weeks about lies from different readers. Spirit made me pay attention and I’m loving this feeling of connection.❤️

I had an experience recently, with a friend. I don't see like you do, but I feel energies. And I felt absolutely certain that my friend was feeling one way, and she declared outright, and angrily, that she was not. I was shocked and it confused me so much, bc I don't think she was lying to me. I think she believed what she was saying.....but it was opposite to what I was feeling. It was really weird. My guides told me to just let it be, so I did. I saw your aura when you were talking to Pam. I couldn't see Pam's bc she has a light behind her. Thank you Nancy.
I've known several people (I know, what are the odds??) who had Dissociative Identity Disorder (what used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder). They would not uncommonly be giving off two completely different yet strong vibes at the same time (sometimes more than that) but be totally unaware of it. They'd get angry if I brought it up, denying what to me was a very visceral experience they surely must have been aware of. They were not. They could be radiating livid rage at me at the same time their host personality (the one who was up on the surface) was being friendly, chipper, and chatty, because the nature of the disorder is dissociating. Dissociating, separating parts of themselves off - or certain emotions, or certain abilities - was a survival tool for them as children in horrific circumstances. People tend to use their childhood survival adaptations right up through adulthood without even being very conscious of it, if at all. These folks had their entire lives coped by completely compartmentalizing their feelings and thoughts into different "consciousness boxes" and were unaware of it even as adults. I read that most severely dissociative folks (DID is on the far end of the dissociative spectrum) have at least one and often several aspects/personalities who aren't even aware they have split consciousness. They think they are the only consciousness in the body. It's the oddest experience, isn't it? I made the mistake of trying to gently make them aware of the situation, so they could heal themselves - only to meet fierce resistance. They didn't want to know. Childhood had made them severely defensive. I've also since read that pretty much everyone has some aspect of subpersonality, whether you call it the inner child or whatever, so dissociative disorders have become an area of interest to me.

Thanks Nancy...many helpful videos...this one particularly relevant for me...much of my life 'playing ' out others stuff...many shared households..lfinally started beingmore conscious of this in my thirties...after a few more decades l can still get caught out...but maybe that in itself is not truth...it is a time and space for clearing..rapidly, if not instantaneously...
epigenetics also describes this process and embeds/enfolds with DNA...all so interrelated...such is life

At the beginning of this year, my husband received a cancer diagnosis. We were sent to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston,Texas for further dialogistic tests and treatment. I wasn’t surprised to come home overwhelmed from the big city bustle and the emotional intensity of our situation. I was surprised that I was physically sick for days as if I was getting cancer treatment! Every time we would go into the facilities there I felt like I had entered some holy spiritual battle zone, with the ill, their caregivers, the medical staff and all their guides and guardians. Thank goodness soon after I came upon your work, via Pam Gregory. It has made all the difference. Wish I had known how to clear clear my energy field decades ago, but so grateful for it now!
I was wondering this too and I've been on a cancer journey myself and looking deep into my soul as to the meaning is more than me and that it's uniting friends and family whereas otherwise perhaps always the healthy one now needs to open receive and give. Through this 3 year now journey I've released a lot and still the challenge of loss perhaps is that on either side of the puzzle we learn to see each other. I look as it now as to be a bridge of hope whenever I talk to people fellow patients in the hospital. Careful to discern that we don't stir each others pot but realize we are human beings going through a challenge and not to identify with the disease but the intention of coming through if we do the wiser. Keeping the soul joy and laughter in tact. I'm actually going to an appointment bright early tomorrow to hear if Im in remission status or not. Either way I shall use the breathes I have here wisely. As it's all love that binds us

I learn so much about our energy fields from you; your stories bring life to what you teach us. I was wondering about something I keep experiencing in a small local coop I belong to, because whenever I go there I feel people's negative and/or out-of-control energies. Yesterday, I was feeling the chaotic energies around me most of the day (where I live, not in this store) and then quietly went to this coop to shop. I kept to myself because I realized I was "off." And, yesterday the negative energies there were exceptionally difficult to experience. I continue to deepen and evolve, so I know what I am doing is right and even sacred. My question to you is this: could my "off" energy be making it worse, even though I remained quiet and tried to be friendly? I want to understand better if, when feeling this off, am I still broadcasting negatively to other? It's important to me to be responsible what I bring to this world and not assign blame or judge others. But, it is also important that I understand what is my Energy and what belongs elsewhere.
