When your testing products using facebook ads do you typically just delete old campaigns and make new ones or leave the old ones and create new ones?

A lot of these are over saturated ash and have been in the market for a while now ☠️ only reason he’s telling you is cause it’s not good to run now.
How do you know they’re over saturated if you don’t run them?
