Hi! Is the DPS of 0.13s casting time Ignition Break same as 0s casting time Ignition Break at the same aspd 193?
I would like to know what's the enchant next to VCT garment stone at Rudra garment?

I think dps not similar becuase you have faster ib so you get damage 1-2 hit dps, You mean Varible castin stone Dual? that show vct 5% with fixed cast time 0.5 sec how ever, this dual stone you need combo with variable casting time all of costume.

ดีเลย์ไม่มีครับมีแต่ คูลดาวน์แก้ปัญหาโดยใส่พวกเสื้อและดาบ และชาโดวส่วนประดับครับจะได้ครบ 2 วินาทีพอดี คูลดาวน์ก็จะหมดไปครับ
