Как фанатская модификация выглядит прикольно, но очень дёшево. Тем более я правда не понимаю, как этот мод впишится в сюжет основной игры. Или он будет рассказывать совершенно другую историю, но в той же временной линии, что и каноничный сюжет. Как по мне лучше бы кто-нибудь сделал мод о эскадре Скобелева и крейсере Диана, которые улетели в столицу империи Романи после пролога. А так выглядит очень круто, особенно, когда у Highfleet маленькое сообщество.
Well, this mod wanted to give you something different, yet simular in feel to the vanilla game. You may hate me for it, but I got very tired of looking at an endless desert for the whole game. The green fields of my homeland look so beautiful in the summer, I couldn't say no to molding them with my favorite game! As for the story, I can only say that it is what it is. I feel that I could not work with the vanilla characters, as they are the work of KK, not mine. I want my characters to have their own soul, to feel like they fit in the world around them. I can't do that with the vanilla characters... Finally... CHEAP??? are you kidding me! I've devoted all my modding talent to this! I know about the art, I am dissapointed too, I wish I could have bought some artist to make originals, but it's a damn mod! But, of course, I understand that some amount of critisism is necessary. Thanks for checking out the mod, if you will. Please give a review at the nexus page once it releases. I really want to hear your honest opinion about it. Peace forever!

@@shieldbearer8115 As an average "Highfleet enjoyer" I would reccomend you not to listen about "cheap" graphics/art of your mode and such. Mod looks beautiful and brings fresh air to the game 'cus Constantine keeps low profile about expanding of the game and we have only one solution - play the same desert again and again. And here, as a sun light in a storm - trailer of your mod

I'd love to get into high fleet: the setting, the gameplay, the soundtrack, the atmosphere, the graphic design, but the battles are seriously giving me brain aneurysms. God knows I tried... What a shame.
@@dapizzasnake8462 nah you just don't have one second of calm. Everything is running low every second and your shitty zeppelins will fall out of the sky and shatter if you close your eyes for slightly longer than a blink.
@@Peefman-c3f I kind of get what you mean, what might help is making your ships a bit tankier, for example with rapid attack ships with enough of those high power engines with one or two big fuel tanks you should be able to make a ship with 4 guns and full armour able to go about 300km an hour for decent sudden strike chance. They are costly, the cheapest one I designed like that cost 35k but the payoff is it can dodge or tank, even one or two missiles in combat can be brushed off.
If the fast paced combat is too much, what might help is making your ships a bit tankier, with enough NK-25 engines and a few D-30 engines you should be able to make a ship armed with 4 guns and full armour coverage which should be able to go 300km and hour for decent sudden strike chance. They are not cheap, the cheapest useful one I made cost 35k but they should be able to brush off hits, including one or two missile hits, or dodge enemy shots, which might make the game a bit less frantic feeling.

I've been playing the game recently and it's a blast, difficult but awesome! I was wondering if you could upload all the music in the game to TH-cam for us to listen to, that would be fantastic.
Not quite as deep as Starsector I am afraid. But you will be commanding both your fleet on a strategic scale (deciding where to go with the Fuel and Resources available, engage the enemy, intercept enemy communications, execute Air- and Cruise Missle Strikes against the enemy [or suffer them in return], set up Ambushes [if you can!] and liberate Cities and Towns held by the enemy.) You usually do the latter in the tactical/action segment of the game where you take control over your individual ships and pilot them, trying to prevail against up to three enemy ships at the same time, where your aim, reflexes, piloting skills and judgement calls will decide wheter you will prevail or fail, based upon into what situation you manuvered yourself before the first shot was even fired. The setting is very much Diesel-Punk in a russian/eastern setting, in the vanilla version reminiscent of the 'Great Game' and in this Mod in the skies above awe inspiring mountains, rocky hills and lush green valleys. Where so close to heaven you shall unleash hell upon your foes!

The mode is amazing and the story is 10/10. But there is one problem with Russian text, when i tried to turn it on. it was still lines from original game. Mby there is no Russian at all but at credits there is a translator.... Also i found a bug with corsair, when i chose to fight him, event just don't ending and shooting continues. But except that, i didn't found other bugs. So this mod deserves a 10/10 and my recommendation. Wish you luck on all of your next projects

The mod files are available fro anyone to edit though, so anyone willing can make a translation(much like the Japanese translation you can find on NexusMods).
