every Anastasia song is a hit. that movie is pure magic. Spirit is such a unique film, from the perspective, pantomime, and animation. I sometimes like to watch it on commentary.
The Prince of Egypt has a truly amazing and unique soundtrack. (And the woman who sings in Deliver Us is so talented. She sang the song in over 5 different languages.)
Ofra Haza, may she rest in peace...her voice was from another world and she sang Deliver Us in 18 languages...it's unbelievable how she nailed all of them

I only watched prince of egypt and their songs seem best to me but I just havent seen Anastasia and spirit but to be honest Once in a December that's just the song I heard and *BOOM* mind blown from how good that song is
So many songs from animated movies that got glossed over. Of the ten you listed, the best was "Anastasia's "A New Beginning". I would also have included "Only Time Will Tell" from Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards", "Bright Eyes" from "Watership Down", "Somewhere Out There" from Don Bluth's "An American Tail", and "Sayonara no Natsu (Summer of Farewell)" from Goro Miyazaki's "From Up On Poppy Hill". Technically, a re-recording of a song that was on the Japanese charts in 1976, but it's beautiful frosting on that particular cake.
All these years I never that Thalia did a cover of "Journey through the past"and that Aaliyah did the music video. Also that Ofra Haza did much of the music for "Prince of Egypt". I love all their music now and didn't know who they were back then I was so young. Especially Ofra and Aaliyah and how influential they were. RIP😭❤❤❤❤

Tough to be God is actually my least favourite from Road to El Dorado, but I agree: I would have put all the songs from that movie in this list!
