You'll need to be mindful of terminology here. DRs are distributed and live on all transport nodes (where required) and handle E/w. They have a default route pointing to the Sr counter part or T0 if/when the destination prefix doesn't exist and the packet must leave the NSX domain. What is the VLAN configuration for the edge-uplink-tor1 and 2 port groups? are they set to vlan 2002 or trunk ports on the VDS?
Uplink pgs on the vds are always trunks, you tag internally in the t0 / segment plumbing.
When configuring static routing on the T0 gateway do you leave the redistribution protocol blank for route re-distribution
As you are statically assigning the next hop / network. Dynamic redistribution doesn't matter upstream.
