Two Casper cartoons founded from the MCA/Universal VHS title "Casper's Halloween" includes: 0:20 "Which is Witch" (1959) 53:35 "To Boo or Not to Boo" (1951)
“Witch Is Witch” is the one with just the Harvey opening, and it was a syndicated TV print, but it doesn’t used “Matty’s Funday Funnies” on there, just the big “H”, and it was in color, not B&W. The other two versions of this same cartoon has the 1990 redub from “Casper and Friends” which was horrible, and the 1998 print from the “Harveytoon Show”. This cartoon doesn’t have the Harvey Films closing.
"Witch Is Witch" is a FIRST GENERATION Harvey syndicated cartoon, a few years before the Matty's Funday Funnies variant. The only way to get better is having a Paramount first release or a Paramount second release cartoon only shown at the movie theaters, mainly the Paramount Theater. I'm disappointed the Casper and Herman & Katnip theme songs have been mostly stripped away on these newer prints.

@michaelbonner4126 I hear ya! I can't afford regular cable. Because here in San Diego it's too expensive. So I got an antenna. I used to have the MeTV channel. But it didn't have the cartoons. Just old TV shows I enjoyed. Until it the channel was recently taken off. And now I know why. Because it's here on TH-cam. It figures! It's a $$$ making racket I guess. They even got more ads. Then they do cartoons. 1 hour and they only show 4 cartoons? What a waste of time! 😠

Leave poor Buzzy's original voice alone! There was no reason to redub it! Hopefully they can't keep doing this to him forever!
