If you mean royal recruits (usually run with barbarians now) then I'd say to pay very much attention to your opponents cycle. It's a very difficult matchup that you should rarely win but sometimes you can catch them in a bad cycles if they make a mistake. Also don't be afraid to go very aggressive early if you know it'll pay off
As a Pekka main, I don’t think classic Pekka bridge spam is the best Pekka deck in the meta. I prefer to play Pekka ram rider lightning but with poison for lightning and evo cracker for baby dragon.
I think magic archer fireball but you need to be super good with it or use a surprise version of the deck 😉 I can visit your clan and show you how (the highest I got with the deck was something like 2187)

Minions poison because it's more consistent. Although I will say that magic archer may be better now since a lot of people run arrows
