Like the straight picks today. Not a fan of parlays, first five or NRFI bets because they don’t seem to cash in the long run.
Sunday's are weird to begin with and fading 2 pitchers, one with a .79 WHIP and the other a 0.00 ERA and a total of 3 runs in their combined 17 innings not a great choice. And the averages you quote for ATL were against pitchers with worse numbers AND the wind blowing straight in at 13 mph. Best wishes on that pick. And you should have remembered it's HAPPY FADE PAT CORBIN DAY! Miami F5 -.5 +100.

Coming from a die hard Cardinals fan mets ML is smart. Because the cardinals have won 1 time this season so far in a series finale. We already have the series wrapped up, so chances are our manager will try and be cute and do something dumb like always. Plus, our BP is not that good besides three players. Kittredge, Romero and Helsley... Who have all 3 pitched the last two days. So, if Lance Lynn decides to serve up some batting practice which I can see him doing because it is the mets who do have some power. There is no one in the bullpen to come bail him out. If you take out those three players, the cardinals probably will be in the bottom five for BP, and I do not see any of them running out for a third consecutive day. Definitely not Helsley who pitched a lot yesterday. And I would not see them running out Kittredge or Romo for third days either. That means our pen is going to be guys like Gallegos who has not been good this season. Libertore who is hit or miss. King who has had very limited action, AND a few other randon no names. So, if Lynn does host some BP like I think he will chances are he will be out there to fend for himself for a while because of having 3 guys unavailable in our pen. Or likely unavailable. But running 3 guys out there for a third day would not be smart either. That is just my analysis on the Mets ML pick.
