Powerful Diet hack Derek!!! I remember doing preps with bland food I get so removed from the taste and it's ALL function! I got so used to eating for purpose!
My tip as a baker and chef is to put the fast carbs before workout and slow carbs after. Oates for example are slow and has a low glucemic index and amazing amounts of lysine amino acid so would fit perfect in a shake after your workout instead of in the morning when you want easy digestible and insulin spiked.

The acid prevents or inhibits the body to be able to absorb minerals i.e magnesium and zink which we know are vital to not only recover from exercise but also prostate is heavily depending on zink for proper functioning. If you want to be eating grains without phytic acid you need to use bacteria to break it down, and the best way is through sourdough bread that has fermented over 18 hours as studies suggests that the phytic acid dissappears through fermentation. Only about 3400 by the size of him now thought you must be pushing ~5K calories - when he decides to go open and actually pushes the food and supps - he’s gonna be a serious contender. And he’s still young …hopefully next year we can witness it.

lol I remember his full day of eating 6 weeks out video from Muscle and Strength when he was on a poverty 2,200 calories and doing 2 hours of cardio. Glad this man can eat more stuff than just green beans, fish, and babyfood!
Two important questions. What time do you stop eating and when you wake up what time do you start again. Just want to know the rest period of your food intake. Also you did not mention how much water you drink a day, I'm sure you do. I'm very meticulous when it comes to bodybuilding diets.
I’m more concerned about the quality of sleep I get at night rather than being on a super specific schedule of (let’s say) “eat at 8:00am on the dot everyday and have all my meals in by 10:00pm…” I would rather wake up and either eat immediately, or do fasted cardio and eat when I’m done. Then I space out the meals every 2-3 hours apart, making sure I get in the appropriate food.
