He is teaching us to value ourselves and take control of your own life. Do the things and go the places that make you happy. If he values you, he will join you. If not, then you will be happy living the life that you have always wanted ... with or without him.

You nailed it Alex. The foundation of finding a high quality man that values his woman is self respect. Women who are confident know their worth and what they bring into relationships. Men find this attractive in women. Without self respect, people tend to be doormats and are easily taken advantage of.

I saw messages my boyfriend's phone chatting and flirting with about 4 ladies, I'm gutted and no longer trust him, unsure if I should leave him or give him a chance to change his ways. I am nothing but loyal to him!
My husband is so stubborn and hotheaded..everytime I talk something he make angry....he felt sorry but nothing change..make me immotional and depress...
My friend is a social worker and today she told me that she has to work with many families and couples... one pattern that she sees is that a lot of men are selfish, causing misery in the home or causing the conflict and/or negative environment... Don't waste ur life, u have your own value. He's just another man, another human. You don't need to live a miserable life because of someone else. It's a form of mental and emotional abuse.

In a better space Alex. Now since I am dating again after breakups, I am working on myself and making my self a priority.
I have started meeting people, going on trips, got better phone to take pics, working, in general being excited about life, fasting for 8 days and started beginning my day with meditation. It is now becoming that the guy I miss, I am in no contact with him but there is other guy who is really trying to catch up with me and trying to fit in as per my plan. He wanted to go for movies , meet in restaurant and I said no as am fasting. So he has agreed to meet me over coconut water date in morning :D keeping your suggestions in mind, I suggested visiting a fun museum together to do a different activity.

I notice women are always the ones just wanting the same thing they were receiving when they first got with their men. We know things change but we still want to be loved and protected and valued just like before. For some reason when the man gets married all the fluff stops. Then they have a nerve to wonder why their woman ain’t doing the extras like she did before- ummmm, cause you stopped being the man she needed and wanted - hello. Respectfully , your points yes make a lot of sense but at the end of today, as women we have to do a whole lot more labor than men do apparently. My thing, at the end of the day women s I’m not afraid to lose anyone, I will walk away, and f it’s not right because I have to start strategizing just how to get a person to talk to me and give attention, that’s the answer already…. Now I’m not saying effort doesn’t have to be out from both ends I’m just saying we are too old at this point t be playing strategies…. If anyone can’t even buy me a plate of food, how do I expect them to take care of a whole family? I’m f I can’t even get conversation how to I expect connection of any kind? Please it’s not our job as women to convince anymore by any strategy how to see us and see our value…. Life will do that all on its own. Keep it moving ladies, you won’t die! 😅

There is a guy whos dating in me but were ldr.we chat all day.then i caught him cheating me.then he always lied on me..

But I have had an amazing life. The life most people can only dream of. And this never attracts a man. This only pushes a man away because he feels put off but how elevated my lifestyle is compared to his and it is very alienating/ off putting. I'll have my amazing life anyway regardless of a man. But I can't see how this attracts a man. In my experience it's better to be humble to attract and keep a man. Not talking about the amazing things like jet setting, activities etc. The men that marry women are with women that are not always having the "best life". Far from it. Yes she's happy. Not to say to be boring, no. But think advising about this amazing life, im not sure that keeps a man. It might initially impress him, but after a while that will be the thing that loses him. Because he's then going to feel like he has nothing to offer you if you already got such an amazing life. And he should be impressing you not the other way round.
