what time did you get the merch and what time did you check in? i am gonna see them for the first time in SF next week, so excited!!
We got the merch around 12:15pm. We didn't have to line up since we arrived there early but only got to check in around 4:00pm.
hi! what time do you recommend on going to get merch and lining up for soundcheck?
Well, arriving at the venue 2 hours earlier might be nice but we believe the earlier you go the better it is as you might need to search for the entry line xD. Plus, you don't need to queue a long time to get merch.

Yes, it’s the same seat.

It was row 10 and seats were 12&13.
Why didn't they play kill this love?
They let us choose between “Kill this love” and “As if it’s your last”. We all kinda cheered up more for the second one and they sang “As if it’s your last”. xD
