Hello, I recently bought one Hikvision ds-k1t804amf which has been using fine until it started restarting by itself recently and won't stay on for any changes to be made. can you please assist me with a solution to this problem, please?
usually if device keep restarting, it happen due voltage not enuf. If u using the power adapter as 12V 1A for device + emlock, might not enuf. I suggest u can try with 12V 3A or 5A
hi, my device is 804mf, after we set the login method for admin, can I still edit it? Where can i edit the admin login password? I find all the setting panel, only user can be edit, I have no idea about it
Sorry sir, I just notice your comment. However the device is locked usually u had try many time to trying access. 1. please turn off the device 2. turn it on. 3. wait for 15min 4. press and hold ok button. 5. c able the ask u for admin password.

Model is -k1t804 bmf, i couldn't creat pws, options are not available, only pws not configured. Pls assist me.

You only can edit the login password thru IVMS-4200 device management, remote configure.

For ur version only can add the PIN access via iVMS-4200

Under PWD, there is "NO CONFIGURED". My model is ds k1t804aef
If AEF, u only can add the PWD by IVMS-4200 latest version
