Joey, you can drink that water but don't stir it. Giardia is heavier than water and will sink. Your best bet is to slowly wade out to where it's chest deep without stirring it up and scoop water off the surface.

you need to learn how to slip that clutch brother. That will give you that last 10% when doing a climb like that. If you downshift you risk loosing too much speed. Slipping the clutch puts you right in the power band and also increases traction if you do it right. Clutch control is one of the most important tools when dirt biking.

This dude is crazy, I'll drink anywhere from half a gallon to a gallon of water while riding. I wouldn't ride without it.
