Great information. Thanks Caryn. It would be interesting to see a video of the 3 major walkable communities - Kentlands, Lakelands, and Crown in some detail (just a thought depending on your time). From an urban planning perspective, Gaithersburg is somewhat unique in its ability to shift from auto-centric post-war development to what's called human scale development, and as you mentioned in your other video profiling 5 Gaithersburg neighborhoods, Kentlands commands a high price. I suspect Lakelands and Crown do well too.

We hear nice things about Frederick and look forward to visiting. I’m a Terp but have lived away for over 20 years. Things have definitely changed. Yes, the shopping is pretty good in G-town. I visted the Costco to the East of 355 and Kentlands to the West while living next door in Rockville.

Montgomery county and the DMV area has a lot of traffic but go to eastern shore of Maryland this barely any traffic down there
