Well don't wanna spoil anything ; but the anime kinda painted Freya in a wrong light from the light level. She is not evil at all, as a goddess of beauty she is very passionate lover and can see a person's soul. It's not really explained in the anime but she saw Bell's clear soul , And fell in love with bell, the things she is doing is to kinda make bell grow stronger by making him overcome difficult challenges , kinda tough love. Because She wants to take away bell for herself and doesn't care about anything else. But the anime always shows Freya's expressions like she is very evil or shit or the main villain etc... And people get the wrong idea

Ryuu Lion: you don't mess with her, when she says 'silence', you STFU, if you value your life... and you better not have Mia Grand "Mama Mia" have to track you down for skipping out on paying for your meals, laughs... she's no joke either... wink (she's a female Dwarf, and you don't wanna mess with her either, laughs) Syr Flova and the two cat girls and anyone else I'm forgetting in the Hostess of Fertility (the tavern) are pretty normal/"weak"/non-scary characters otherwise, I think -------- the supporter girl's name is: Liliruca "Lily/Lili" Arda she's a prum/pallum, which is the Halfling (midget) race in DanMachi, the blond little "boy" in Loki's Familia, who is actually their commander btw, is also a prum/pallum but, she has magic, which she can use to create fake dog ears and tail, so people mistake her for the dog-human hybrid race called chienthrope, so they think she's not the same person, as two different races: pallum/prum (no dog ears and tail) vs chienthrope (dog ears and tail), which confuses everyone (including Bell), except for Ryuu Lion, grins hmm... maybe Ryuu Lion was tricked, thinking "they" were two different people (the prum/pallum vs the chienthrope), whereas it was Syr Flova (I messed up, wrongly thinking it was Ryuu Lion) who knew "they" were the same person... and how does Syr Flova know what is going on... as you could tell she did, by what she whispered to Liliruca Arda... Syr Flova is a bit suspicious..
What I love is how the level system in this world works. The strongest so far is level 7, which does not sound that high. This makes every level up a major accomplishment. And you can only level up after your stats get to S level, after which they reset for the new level.
isnt leveling up in Danmachi based on achievements, not stats? i thought someone can level up by doing something that would impress gods like killing a boss monster in a dungeon, thats why Aiz was fighting this big ass monster in this episode, to get herself to lvl 6 im not hating, just asking
First half are true but to lvl up requires them to beat a trial like defeating a monster much stronger than them and usually the safest method is to team up. Most adventurers stats usually just go up to Rank C or B and at most A when they lvl up that's bcoz it is the limit but for Bell, its an exception made by his skill.
stats go from 0 to 999, and are gained from experience/battles, and reset upon leveling up Bell's Liaris Freese (accelerated/enhanced growth) Skill works like this, a pretend example: normally, let's say that Bell gets +100 SPD/AGI for running away from a minotaur, but with this skill, Bell gets +200 SPD/AGI for running away from a minotaur (for this pretend example, it doubles his stat gains) leveling up has nothing at all to do with experience/battles, nor with your stats, instead you must "go on an adventure", which means, you must do the impossible (usually this involves killing a floor boss that you can't kill: Ais Wallenstein the Sword Princess was only clvl 5, but then she just took on the 37th floor's boss, all by herself, and in doing so: defeating it, she just went up to clvl 6. It took Ais Wallenstein one whole year go from clvl 1 to get to clvl 2, which was the fastest ever done by anyone). This is why character levels are so low (indeed the highest ever achieved in all of known history, is character level 7, and its by a current adventurer too), and why the character levels are so powerful superior/stronger > inferior/weaker clvl 2 with 0 stats > clvl 1 with 999 stats
You can level up once all of your skill reaches 'D' and above, but you have to accomplish something big... Which means a huge amount of high quality excelia all at once. But because of bell's skill he usually reaches all 'S' and in some cases 'ss' or even legendary 'sss'. Bell is just an exception.
Why didn't they say that she stole it? This show has been really pissing me of ever since this knife was introduced. It took the goddess an episode and a half to give it to Bell and then Kat girl steals it and the servers don't say shit about it. He should know she's a little thief that way he know what to expect from her. Even if she apologizes its still good to know what she's capable off and it's a good life lesson for him not to be so damn trusting and clueless. You're supposed to learn from your mistakes but how can he if he doesn't know what the mistake was.

yeah you don't need to get your stats up to S to level up but you can postpone it if you want.
