@@bezzaskoichannel3856 just bear in mind its not just the cost of the heater it's the electric bill too it cost me £10 a week to heat a 1000l grow on so a large pond will be more 👍

mate , that pond is looking great n ow , good advise given and obviously doing the job . I never used salt till this year but a great believer in it now and I've been in the hobby 30+ yrs. retro drain looks like its also putting a smile on ya face , bostin slippers aswell ar mon😆 . happy for ya fella .👍👍👍👍

Perfect advise there you got . Some times we pay so much attention to test result and panic ..I learnt this years ago just carry on feed through it and let the filters do the job and catch up and work there cycle . You know if your fish tell you something is wrong and very quickly well done mate keep going 👌👌👍🏯㊗️🏯
It’s a huge lesson for me and one I won’t forget mate 🙏🏻
@@bezzaskoichannel3856 yes very good advise as say watch the fish not the result s and don’t panic when there are not what they should be filter s do some much better work when feed as well as fish ㊗️🏯㊗️
Great update mate yes keep it going in the filters will catch up. Great carp catches from France I am also an angler and I will check out your carp channel.

Hi mate, no worries, I was only there for just over an hour! Yeah had a Hi Utsuri off them, it’s nice, not had any fish off them before but they seem decent 🙏🏻

@@bezzaskoichannel3856 Bez iv had mine for at least 18 months an it does the trick as a bottom drain straight to my eazypod. You only have to look inside an see the crap.. every think else will look after it's self.

Hi mate, thanks for watching! The model is just the aerated bottom drain from eco filtration, have a look in their website, it was about 130 quid! It’s defo working a treat and made a huge difference to the water parameters! Hope you like the fishing videos, hopefully be back out soon 🙏🏻

Sorry for the delay…the pond has been dismantled now unfortunately as I’m moving house! Airflow was a EA 70lph but that was split 50/50 with moving bed
Do you evEr feed bailies? I hAve a bait company and I know my baits are very high quality ,my fish love them and definitely pack the weights on and look great, on,y down side they sink ,but I’m currently working on a floating version
Hi mate, I’m currently with a bait company for my fishing and their bait is top notch but I don’t think any carp bait would have the nutrients needed for koi…I’m sure they would love it but I’m not sure they would do so well on in in comparison to a food made specifically with they’re health in mind 🙏🏻

Glad the nitrites are sorted mate its a bitch new pond syndrome salt was best way to go , k1 also takes 6 weeks to mature so ponds can take 3 months to 6 months to settle i added salt and stopped testing i also clean twice a week on set days as filters adjust to your cleaning they will produce more , on a bottom drain note what do you need to pull through drain im still pump fed and want retro drain just not sure what to pull
Hi mate, mine is on 5000 lph…it’s a 10k pump but only running at 50% and it’s doing the job! I don’t wanna turn the pond over any quicker than that and it’s seems to be doing the trick 🙏🏻
