so you dont have to make a delay node, in unreal 5.3.2 theres a section in Details tab, the level sequence playback called... you guessed it, "Loop" and you can tell it to loop Indefinitely, and you also have cool options like play rate and start offset and other cool stuff
You don't even need to use blueprints anymore in 5.4 for this, you just use the sequencer and then a panel will pop up on the right for looping, autoplay and such.
make sure you're in the Event Graph tab, then just drag it from the Content Browser straight into the graph. Should work like a charm! Let me know if that helps

Yes, just instead of event begin play use on key press node. Or use trigger overlap
