I love this game! It's so full of areas to explore, and there's just so much to do! I never found the medals annoying as they really fit with the theme and make you explore and discover new pathways in each level. As soon as I got the hint for the medals, I explored every werehog stage and didn't have to backtrack, as it's cumbersome to stop to do that in the day stages. I think the Werehog levels are well designed as they feel like Sonic levels but slower, with lots of branching pathways, and I like how you can use the stretchy arms to launch yourself around with momentum. The combat is not amazing, but I don't mind it. And once you finish a playthrough, you can replay those day stages as much as you like! And the hub worlds are awesome!
