"There is no right or wrong in it. As soon as I start thinking in terms of right or wrong, all my creativity shuts down. I become a good student as opposed to the person who goes out and does an improv show and falls on their face and tries things and takes risks and, you know, I think there is a huge degree of not knowing anything and that is, for me, what I am interested in exploring"
Very applicable in real life too!

LOL. Maybe she met my theatre professor: acting isn't faking, it's doing for real. It's definitely a spin on how it's typically taught, but I loved that I got to learn that style.

I think it mattered too when it came to being every different sestra we were introduced to.In that moment you aren't just a character, you're not acting as somebody else,it's who you are.It must have definitely turned around Tmas way to see things.Just one of those many lessons which made her the great actress and role model she s today.

yeah I think many actors and actresses have heard that before, the difference is she was ready to take that advice

Tatiana seems intelligent enough to not get wrecked by being coached, thankfully. Her natural talents are off the charts. That story scared me a little (for her). But she gets it. Great interview moment. Just saw her in the HBO Perry Mason, barely recognized her at first (as usual)!

At one point when i was in acting class, i made an excuse to leave early, skipping my improv routine, and then the next day i asked my mom to call the director, and tell him i'd quit, because i was so scared of messing up, and falling flat in my face that i literally just backed out.
I hope it get back into it soon...

The little bit of music that creeps in at the end of these videos always fools me into thinking someone left their cellphone in my house

It was hard to grasp by the way she was explaining it but I think I get the gist of it.

We are judged by the roles we take, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Praise from grifters posing as authorities is gaslighting that the paying customer will reject. Raise your bar. Do better.

She flawlessly played over 12 different characters in Orphan Black, each with their own personality, voice, accent and mannerisms and won an Emmy for it, and then went on to star in Stronger alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and Perry Mason alongside Matthew Rhys. You should start watching more than just superhero media before you judge an actor.

@@HenningsEdits Yes she had potential before. But again, we are judged by the roles we take. Actors that pedal woke parts that speak lines of dialogue that are propagandist woke messages to manipulate society to their agenda either drank the Kool-Aid or are sell outs. In either case they will not get my support or buying dollars. Its how I roll.

@@danmosley4387 I guess that also means Anthony Hopkins' career is over because he starred in Transformers 5, or Christian Bale pissed away his potential because he was in Love and Thunder, right? Oh wait, I forgot. This argument only applies to women.
Whenever a big, male actor stars in a bad film or show, they just get a shrug and a "he'll do better next time", but whenever it's a woman, it's "she's a feminazi misandrist bitch trying to silence us men and chop off our peepees!!!", even when it's someone as humble and kind as Tatiana, who never spoke out against the backlash the show received.
I also didn't see anyone complaining about Orphan Black being "woke" 10 years ago, even though the show has many feminist themes, which would be called "leftist propaganda" if it came out today, and also features multiple LGBTQ+ characters in prominent roles. But nobody cared about it back then, because this whole "Fandom Menace" movement is a joke and did not exist back then.
This whole hate campaign against her is so forced. She is still one of the most versatile character actors of her generation, and one Marvel show is not gonna take away from the countless successes she has had throughout her 20+ year career.
