I love this message so much - thank you! I've always preferred cooking with simple, wholesome ingredients. It's more nourishing for the body and mind - and what could be better than being able to feed ourselves and our families with nourishing food.
I agree with you so much on how simple things were long ago! Love love seeing you make your colorful recipes. That is awesome you've been a vegan so long!
Thank you so much for the vegan recipes! Today I made the Oatmeal Energy Balls. (I didn't have protein powder or hemp seeds...so I used some ground flaxseed instead)--they turned out delicious! This is a keeper, and I look forward to trying the other recipes too. (This is only my 2nd time commenting online. The first time was a couple weeks ago on your channel.) I so appreciate your messages.
I liked this style of video :) And simplifying meals for me is a current topic. Currently I am also re-cooking a lot of the same meals, only switching it up if one of us gets tired of something.

Thanks for the video, love. 💕 how much would you say you spend a week for food? The simplicity of meals that are made from Whole Foods is something I value greatly! Also I wanted to ask where is your dress from? 😊
Groceries change week to week depending on what we need. :)But we just try to shop intentionally. The floral dress is from Kohls and the green dress is from Amazon. Love it when I can find some modest dresses and they can be affordable!
Thankyou so much for this video.i am interested in how you make tour cashew cheese.and your hummus,as I know I don't eat cheese that is animal based,as I love all animals.i eat fruit veg nuts and seeds.could you maybe do a video on working o balancing foid out with the nutitrants if you can.much 😍
The recipe for the cashew cheese and hummus is in the description box. The cashew cheese is great. We use it as a dip for crackers or on top of dishes. Or it can easily be turned into macaroni and cheese and even queso dip by adding, jalapeno, chili powder, and tomatoes. :)

A very inspiring video ❤ Do you have any tips if your partner is mostly vegetarian and doesn't want to switch to vegan? In everyday life, I cook vegetarian meals for everyone because I find it inconvenient to use different pots (and I only have three pots in different sizes)
My husband eats vegan with us and occasionally adds his cheese / meat himself to it. So if your husband would be ok with a middle ground where you can only cook vegan food, it would make it easier for you? Would he be okay with eating vegan food and adding cheese if he feels like it?
@shannonhauser8610 I get your idea, but he said some time ago that he's not okay with that and that he wants eggs, cream cheese etc in the food, not separated. But he is okay that we buy and cook only with plant based milk like rice milk and we try to buy most of the veggies from a local and organic market.
I personally would say then he can cook himself a different meal 😉 But I know everyone's situation is different.. Hope you find a good solution soon ❤️
That is a tough situation bc I can imagine it must be hard for you. I liked Shannon's idea about him adding his own stuff to the vegan food, but that is hard if he doesn't want to do that. :(
My mom love this kinds of video even she don't understand the language , love from India !.
