So for Godzilla evolved in this game, just make all of it’s stats 20x more than 2019 and that’ll legit be accurate. There’s a “tv spot” shot of Godzilla Evolved statistics from the movie and that’s exactly what is says.

Ayo, I think you can actually have copyright mods in ASA as long as they are not cross-platform. My understanding is that Curseforge only checks when the mod is cross-platform. so if you are interested in putting these on ASA (and as a Godzilla enthusiast, I am) I think that you wouldn't have as much trouble as you think UNLESS you make them cross-platform which curseforge would deny.
