This is going to be so helpful. I’m autistic and I’m currently SUPER overstimulated, these videos help me calm down so much 🙏🏻.
I am in exactly the same situation ❤ I love to watch these videos. And it's been a frustrating, overwhelming day where I couldn't stick to my routine and had to socialise for far too long The change in plans and overstimulation sent me in a downward spiral and now I'm wired
@@firestarter1106 I’m so sorry you were going through overstimulation as well. It’s not fun at all but I’m really glad we both have this as a coping skill.
@@americanpidgeot6486 And what a soothing beautiful coping mechanism it is. May I also suggest Cassie spires tuning forks and singing bowls videos on TH-cam to you if you haven't already come across her. I find singing bowls and tuning forks just as soothing as ASMR

I have ASD too. I’ve noticed myself becoming more overstimulated since I had a baby and ASMR is my true escape 💕

I use to loveeee to lay on my mums bed and watch her pick out her clothes then do her hair and make up. It was so calming and relaxing. I just know your aura would be perfect for this type of video ❤️❤️❤️

Now I am in the middle of leaving my abusive family (which is so painful and so isolating) and even though I have times where I'm terrified I'm going to mess everything up and have to crawl back to them, I watch your videos and remember I deserve safety, respect, love and kindness. You were one of the very first ASMR creators I started watching years ago, when I was pregnant with my first child. I had so much trouble sleeping and you helped me a lot. I always come back every so often, and when I do it’s like visiting an old friend for the first time in a while. You are so incredibly comforting, and have helped me sleep countless times. Even after all these years, you can still put me strait to sleep. 😴❤️
I wish I could’ve heard more of the brushing sounds. It was so faint. I do love the slow deliberate movements & speech very calming.

I love body oil with lavender or baby oil or even coconut oil after shower 🚿 on a damp skin .... makes me feel like a baby 👶🏻
