@@girlfinfishing if you ever come down this way let me know maybe we can do a day of fishing....just as long as it's in the warmer months when the bite is better
Great video Rob. I like how you have a rod holder just forward of your left knee. It's a great place to set your rod while you unhook a fish or when baiting. I'm going to copy that. Thanks for bringing us along.
That’s the one thing about cold water fishing is just finding the fish and thinking of some places where the water could be warmer. Also thank DJ for me for teaching you how to fish 😂😂 awesome video brother!
@@KappelleOutdoors lmao don't make me bring dj out when you come so he can teach you a thing or two lmao cuz that's sounding really good right now😂 @saltshaker_fishing
Great video. I caught my first shark at Ft. Pierce Jetty Park at the inlet. I bet those mangroves are loaded with keeper size snapper when the water warms up. I may go back to the park when I come back. Very good fishing in those parts. Thanks again for another great video
All it takes is one bite to make the day great! I really want to fish in Florida. It's been a long time since I have, my honeymoon in 2017 we went out on the Sea Spriit out of Ponce inlet. I use to surf fish all the time as a kid in Daytona. Never knew what the inland was like and wish I had. Great video Rob and im.gonna check your guys channel out.
@@adventureswithken1983 ponce inlet isn't too far north of my area. If you ever come back let me know man and we can set something up. I'm not much of a surf fisherman but I have some surf rods. Getting up jn the mangroves is definitely what I enjoy most. Thanks for watching bro
@Rob_outdoorz Oh, for sure, you know I will!! I'm wanting to take the family to Daytona to show them what I grew up vacationing at in the next year or so.
@Rob_outdoorz I only vacationed there, I'm a military brat, but my parents had a condo/time share in Ormond Beach up until a few years ago. As kids, we would take a family vacation there in late Sept or early Oct every year.
Another great video. Watched last and was trying to figure out kayak make and model. Not sure if you can share info but nice rig and been looking at different brands. Hobie has my attention currently, but I'd really like trolling motor option in the Arkansas River systems. Thanks
@@gregbrown357 I did a video on just this kayak if you want to check it out. Also this js the ascend 133x from bass pro. Hobie makes great kayaks and you could probably modify a transom mount. Vibe also makes great kayaks
@@gregbrown357 I will be doing a new walk around video on this kayak showing changes and modifications along with talking about the trailer I made for it. That will be up soon just so you know
@@williammccaslin8527 I tossed all my fish back, the snappers were all just shy of what they need to be to keep. If your kinda local, I heard the water is warming back up a little. So probably best like you said to give it a little more time
Ahhh! Ft pierce marina. I fished the east side of the Indian River grass flats down to the power plant. Lots of seatrout. 👍👍
