Nice house. No need for a patio outside the house when you have a boathouse and deck with a dock. Love the interior design of the house with the light wood and glass. Now it just needs art work, and some nice decorating around the furniture to remove the cold, sterile look.
Yuck! There is so much that I don't like about this particular cottage. The interior layout is a mess. There isn't a clear view of the lake. There isn't a great deck or patio in the front of the cottage looking out. The stairs down to the water access are treacherous. If I was in the market right now this would be a hard pass. It's a nice enough video though. Kudos to whoever shot it. Even if I didn't care for the pacing in the post production editing.
