She has put less sugar. ..for one cup of flour they put 4 cups of sugar..if it milk my sore pal. ..put 3 cups of sugar...n put one cup of water to 3 cups of sugar...importantly bean flour should be very finely ground n seived
U need to keep adding gheee untill ghee comes on top... Some times measurement won't work .. flour may absorb all the ghee and t becomes halwa .. we have to keep adding ghee untill it ghee separates

The recipe works really well, it turned out perfect first and second time, but the third time it was just horrible, I burnt my finger, after adding roasted besan it became suddenly so chunky, like boondi, maybe perhaps because the sirup still had too much water and it absorbed it. What did I do wrong?
@@Ddi1947 If what is left long? The sirup? This time it did not work out either. I think because I left the water to evaporate too long, and the basin flour became too much in quantity for the sirup it just became very hard and granulated too fast. But it was different than last time. First time was so lucky, now I am just messing up every time.

How long did it take ftom the time you poured ghee until you put it in the pan ?
Depends on the quantity time will vary mam. Generally until it absorbs all the ghee and leaves the pan. Then it’s ready

adding flour u can mix ghee or oil and u can add suger syrup one string consistently

The single thread consistency is important, if it left longer, it will become boondhi n the flour has to be added in small portions
