The redness is almost gone and the few places that are scabs are healing well. No heat is coming from the wound. It is not swollen yellow or green. The only thing is it's a little itchy and that's probably because the skin is dry.

Please be careful with cat scratches! It’s good that you cleaned it, as cats claws can actually carry bacteria and can very easily cause infections.
